Welcome to Revealed Mind.

My name is Diana Oskov.

I'm a hypnotherapist,

A rapid transformational therapist,

And a life coach.

My mission is to empower individuals and organizations to elevate themselves to their highest potential and discover the fundamental principles and tools of living an effective,

Meaningful,

And truly abundant life.

Today,

I want to invite you to join me in this visualization practice which can help you cope with the holiday triggers.

Make yourself comfortable,

Sitting or laying down,

Whatever feels better for your body.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Breathe out.

Take a moment to settle into your body,

Let go of everything that is not serving you.

Release all burdens,

Negativities,

And all worries.

Permit yourself to slow down.

Lower your expectations.

Engage all of your senses as you rest in this peaceful state.

Let your mind drift as you listen to my words.

Unleash your mind to create vivid pictures that are inspired from my words.

Take another inhale through your nose and slowly exhale out through your mouth.

Be clear with your intentions as we move through this meditation and your mind start to drift off.

Focus on the air and the flow of your breathing.

Let the flow of your breath rise and fall.

Are you noticing any tension in your body?

If so,

You're allowing it to melt away.

As we start to drift deeper into this meditation,

Keep your focus on your breathing.

Right now,

We're going to take a moment and visualize a beautiful bright light right between your eyebrows.

This is your third eye.

Allow this beautiful,

Bright,

Warm light to expand out.

Allow it to grow bigger.

Visualize it filling up the room.

This beautiful,

Warm,

Bright light is streaming right out of your third eye.

Allow yourself to find peace in this stillness.

Act with intention and love.

Allow this stillness,

This intention,

And the love to immerse and settle into your subconscious mind.

Just explore those feelings as they start to become clear to you.

Notice what you're experiencing.

Allow your intention to come through this beautiful,

Bright light.

Let it embed into your subconscious mind.

Slow down.

Enjoy this little moment.

Be more present in the moment.

Act with intention and love.

Allow all of this to settle deep,

Deep,

Deep into your subconscious mind.

This will allow you to be more present in the moment.

Allow yourself to sit in this space with immersed gratitude,

Love,

And peace.

Exploring what sensations are coming up.

Is your skin tingling as you feel the warm,

Bright light?

Allow this beautiful,

Bright light to start to come towards your body gently.

And this bright light is coming back into your third eye.

Remind yourself that you're empowered to achieve everything you want in this life.

The beautiful,

Bright light is getting smaller and smaller and it's closing over.

Be reassured that love,

Peace,

And joy are within you.

Take a moment now to take a deep breath and slowly exhale through your out-you mouth.

At this moment,

Feeling recharged with love,

Peace,

And joy,

You're slowly becoming more aware of the room where you are.

The noises around you.

You becoming more aware of your toes and fingers.

And whenever you're ready,

Take a deep breath and open your eyes and come back to a full awareness.
