Hi lovely one,

Welcome and I'm so glad you're here taking this time for yourself and your baby.

Find a comfortable spot,

Maybe sitting or lying down with support under your back and your knees.

Use pillows or cushions if that feels good.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze and just begin to notice your body.

How does it feel right now,

In this moment?

No need to change anything,

Just notice.

Take a deep and slow breath in and let it go.

Again,

Take a nice cleansing breath in and let it go.

Feeling your body soften a little more.

This is your time to rest.

Your baby feels your calm and with each breath you're sending comfort and love to them.

Now,

Gently bring your attention to your feet.

Notice any sensations like warmth,

Tingling,

Heaviness,

Whatever is there is okay.

And with your next breath,

Imagine letting go of any tension in your feet.

Slowly bring your attention up to your legs,

Your calves,

Your knees.

Feel them supported,

Resting fully.

Now,

Notice your hips and pelvis,

The area holding your growing baby.

And with each exhale,

Imagine any tightness or any worry melting away.

Move your awareness up to your belly.

Place your hands lightly over your baby,

If that feels comfortable.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath,

The life moving inside you.

And with every inhale,

Invite warmth and calm.

And with every exhale,

Release tension and stress.

Bring your attention to your back and spine.

Feel it supported by the floor or the chair.

Let your shoulders drop,

Releasing weight and tightness.

Notice your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Let them soften.

Finally,

Bring attention to your neck,

Your face,

Your jaw.

Smooth out your forehead.

Relax your eyes.

Let your entire body feel soft,

Safe,

And held.

Now,

Let's focus on our breath.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Filling up the air.

And exhale slowly.

Letting any tension float away.

And as you continue breathing gently,

Imagine that each inhale brings calmness,

Warmth,

And energy to you and your baby.

And each exhale releases worry,

Fatigue,

Or tension.

Place your hand over your heart or belly and imagine a soft,

Glowing light there.

This is your space of love,

Safety,

And calm.

With every breath,

Feel this light glowing more brighter,

Wider,

Warmer,

Surrounding you and your baby.

Know that your baby can sense your calm,

Your love,

And your presence.

Even in this quiet moment,

You're nurturing them deeply.

You might feel little movements or perhaps just a soft awareness of life inside you.

That's perfect.

Notice it,

Feel it,

And smile softly to yourself,

Knowing you're connected.

Let's take a few moments to gently affirm some truths together.

You can say them silently in your mind or just feel them,

Their meaning.

I am calm.

I am safe.

I am nurturing life.

I trust my body.

I trust my baby.

I trust this journey.

I am connected.

I am supported.

I am enough.

Feel each formation settle in your body,

Like a soft hug wrapping around you and your baby.

Take another slow breath in and exhale,

Releasing anything that is no longer needed.

Notice how your body feels now.

Even a small shift of softness and ease is a gift you're giving yourself.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the room.

Notice the surface beneath you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes gently and take a final nourishing breath in.

Hold it for a moment and exhale fully,

Carrying the sense of calm and connection with you.

Know that this calm is always available.

You can return to it whenever you need and thank you for gifting this moment to yourself and your baby.

I feel so honored to share this time with you.

Whenever you're ready,

Softly open your eyes,

Bringing this gentle presence into the rest of your day.

Namaste.
