It's been a long day.
I allow myself to soften a bit more right now,
Right into my body.
Just becoming aware of my breath.
Allowing this moment to be valuable.
This moment is so valuable.
I allow my breath to fill my belly,
Expand through my ribcage and up into my chest.
I allow my body to move in a way that feels pleasurable because I invite pleasure into my life.
I am worthy.
I am worthy of feeling good.
I give myself this time because I love myself.
I'm filling myself up with love.
With love,
I love myself.
I love my life and I'm giving myself prana right now.
Breath,
Life force into my body.
I allow my face to be soft and I allow a pleasant expression to be on my face.
An expression that's soft in my brow and uplifting and turning up my lips,
Softening my eyes.
It's becoming receptive to the life that's available right now.
To this pleasant flow of life force in my body.
I'm filling up now.
I'm feeling better and better and better and better and better and I feel better.
I allow myself to feel better.

I give myself permission to feel pleasure in my body.
Joy for my life,
Gratitude.

It's so full and it's so good and there's space for me to relax and to receive.
I give myself this space right now.

So just let your hands touch your body now and this gesture of I'm right here with you.
Here I am,
Allowing your soul to meet your body,

The essence that you are.
