The Power Within The Energy Of Our Thinking

This session explores how the energy of our thoughts can subtly ripple into someone else’s experience - even from afar. By bringing awareness to this unseen exchange, we can call our energy back, tend to our own emotions, and restore more balance within ourselves and the world around us.

Hello and welcome to this ponder on the energy of our thinking, Our thoughts, The power that they hold, That we, I don't think we've even touched, Of inhumanity. I know this power exists, I've looked at it from right inside the core of my direct experience. How I notice when I walk through fields of sheep or ponds with ducks, How when my mind, My worry energy, My concern energy moves into their environment of their energy via my worry, Thoughts like, Oh, I better move out of the way in case I disturb them, Where can I go? You know, I've interrupted, I've taken my energy into their life, Into their energy, And I notice something. They scurry away, They move, They run quite quickly. It's like my worry energy interferes with the energy of them. When I walk through the fields or through the ducks or with any environment like that and I am fully present in my own experience, Not pretending, Not thinking, Oh, I'll pretend I'm in my experience, But I draw my energy in, I allow them to exist and myself to exist simultaneously without overlapping with an energetic of worry, Something I notice, They barely move. We can both exist within our own lives with less interference. It got me thinking about the energy of worry, Especially when we put that onto the energy of our loved ones, And I noticed something. The more our energy enters into the lives of others for concern, It has an energetic interference. I feel the push away, The pull. This is all subconscious. This isn't spoken and doesn't even have to be within a physical surrounding of that person. Someone could be miles away. This isn't a distance thing. This is an energetic thing. Something shifts for them, And I think it's because we all are so finely tuned into our own energetic frequency. When somebody puts their interference into our frequency, We are less able to tune in to our own. It's so subtle, But it is there. I've explored how when I pull my energy out of, Especially my children's or anybody in my life I have love for, When I pull my energy of concern via my thinking, Something shifts. I remain more in my balance and I notice they are too. I truly believe that the energetics of worry almost interferes with another's ability to hear their own truth. For me, What a gift to give to them to not worry about them, To own our own concern. The worry that comes in us that forces our mind to think is actually an avoidance of what's going on for us. I feel when we can look and hold and listen and get to know our own concern and be a support for that, Not to push down, Reject or make it wrong, To actually ask ourselves, What do I need to support myself while this worry is here so I don't need to make it into somebody else's concern via my worry. I feel things begin to change. I feel we take radical responsibility for our own lives and we allow others the trust to be able to do the same. For me, This is what balances life. This is where I want to focus my energy and I believe it's incredibly powerful. So I want to share that beautiful truth of mine with yours to see whether there's anything in there for you to think about.

Very interesting. I will test this on the fields. I must be usually very calm, as sheep or ducks are normally non-plexed when I walk by. But I do tell them "I mean no harm".
