Humming the Tune Meditation This meditation is an expanded version of my original “Hum A Tune.” In it, I hum an original melody and invite you to join along with me. It may take a few listens to catch and remember the tune—just like a song you hear on the radio—but perhaps it resonates with you. You might even find yourself creating your own tune, playing it over in your mind, or recording it for yourself.
