Don't listen to this recording while you're sitting on your phone.

If you want real change,

You've got to focus and pay attention.

Likewise,

Don't listen to this while driving or if you're going to be operating machinery.

It's important that you can safely relax completely.

And so when you're ready and you're sitting or lying down,

And without any hypnosis,

Without any preamble,

It's time to move into a more confident state.

Because you know that with practice,

You will be able to do it.

Even now,

Just thinking about setting your mind to moving into a more confident state,

It's really starting to help your physiology.

Take a deep breath.

You see,

If stress hormones are going round through your bloodstream,

This is simply the energy of activation,

A busy day,

Lots going on,

Lots to do,

Pushing yourself,

Pushing yourself to get things done,

To wake up,

To go somewhere.

It all requires energy,

Energy from your body and energy from your mind.

And so your body budgets that energy through adrenaline and cortisol.

It's normal.

It's absolutely fine.

And a lot of confident people stroll through the street with a lot of energy.

They present with a lot of energy.

They have fun mornings and good conversations with lots of energy.

So we mustn't mistake energy for anything else than what it is.

Energy,

The ability to move,

Take a deep breath,

The ability to get things done,

Breathe out very slowly.

And of course,

It's absolutely required in order to be healthy,

To have energy.

So at the same time,

We give meaning to the energy that flows in our body.

And just like when we look in the mirror and we see something different from what other people see,

We see something different from what our child would see,

From what our parents would see,

From what your partner sees,

What our dog sees.

We're seeing one perspective when we look in the mirror.

And so when you look to your physiology as to what it means,

You're only getting one perspective.

The perspective of somebody who's had a lifetime of thoughts and feelings,

Who was told things by people who cared and by people who didn't care,

Who had beliefs,

Some of which are helpful and some of which are not.

The perspective is of somebody that has values and circumstances going on in their life now.

They're from somebody who was exposed to media and TV that told them how to think and feel.

And so a set of constructs has been formed in your mind that label the feelings in your body.

And it just can't always be correct.

But it is your brain's best guess.

Take a deep breath.

Hold it for a moment.

When you're ready,

Breathe out slowly.

And these constructions in your brain,

These formations,

These beliefs,

They can be trained.

Because the part of your brain that detects stress hormones and lets you know even to think about something,

It's very closely linked with your prefrontal cortex.

And your prefrontal cortex is this part of your brain that gives you the power to be anxious about something,

To worry.

To visualize all the bad things that can happen.

But it also gives you the power.

The power to decide.

Just to decide by declaring it.

That you're safe.

That you're going to be okay.

And so,

From now on,

Whenever you need confidence,

Take a deep breath.

I want you to start with your feeling a bit better.

I want you to start with your being a bit better.

I want you to start with your thinking a bit better.

And maybe you're feeling a little bit anxious to begin with.

Maybe you're a little bit worried.

Maybe that's why you put this audio on.

I'm going to help you.

Maybe you're activated and you're worrying or you're tired and you're worrying.

But start always by taking a deep breath.

And just deciding to move into a state of confidence.

Confidence doesn't mean being perfect.

Confidence can be making mistakes or even embarrassing oneself.

And confidence isn't the same as not caring.

Confidence cares.

It really does care.

Confidence is just knowing that you're going to be okay.

And then getting the evidence for that more and more each time.

So that even if what you're worried about goes perfectly,

Even if it goes well,

Even if it doesn't go as well as you would like,

Actually you're going to be okay.

And if you're happy with your performance,

If other people are happy,

Or even if you're not happy or if they're not happy,

Still,

You're going to be okay.

Confidence tells you you're going to be okay.

And you have confident shoulders.

Take a deep breath.

You have confident shoulders.

So I just want you to imagine,

Just for a moment,

Going back somewhere beautiful.

Somewhere where you feel really safe and relaxed.

Somewhere where you've been on holiday.

Maybe you were swimming in the ocean or lying in the sun.

And you just put on whatever you have to put on to feel good.

Smart clothes,

A bikini,

Jump in the water.

A hat to shade from the sun.

And you hear the sounds.

You hear the smells.

And you're just thinking amazing thoughts.

And when you take your next breath,

You're going to be more confident.

You're going to be transformed.

That's it.

You're more confident already.

You're transforming with that breath.

Take another one.

Nice big deep breath when you're ready.

Every deep breath transforms.

Every deep breath makes you more confident.

Now imagine closing your eyes again.

A second set of eyelids.

And take a big deep breath.

And I want you just to imagine that you've spent a whole amazing day in your favourite place.

You can smell the smells of wherever you were.

You can see the sights,

The sun's going down maybe.

Hear the sounds around you.

Feel the feelings in your body.

Take a deep breath and put your shoulders back.

You feel stronger.

And you know something.

And you're beginning to understand there's more to life than being a bit worried or anxious and being peaceful and confident.

You're spending so much time in confidence in varying degrees of it that you're learning all the different flavours of confidence.

It's like going to one of these amazing ice cream parlours where they have a hundred different flavours and you can try them all.

You are like someone that's never been in trouble with your emotions.

You've got so many different ways to pull out confidence now.

And you don't know it yet but you're about to discover it.

You're going to discover how you can be different and yet still you.

And just like that,

You're confident.

Just like that,

Just feel it,

Believe it.

Without having to do any work,

Without any hypnosis,

Without any brain change.

You know,

You have got a set of internal beliefs and thoughts.

And each of those beliefs and thoughts has its own history.

It's got its own feeling in your stomach or your chest.

It's got its own way that it changes your breathing.

And so I want you to choose to move into the feeling and the thought of confidence.

Into the posture of confidence.

Do it now,

Let your shoulders move.

To the breathing of confidence.

To the speaking of confidence.

You are assured.

And I want you to think about the word assured.

It's the first flavour of confidence.

Because when someone is assured,

They're just sure.

They're just sure that they're safe.

They're self-assured.

Be self-assured.

You know,

We get insurance for the things we don't know if they'll happen.

But you can also get assurance that you can buy for things that you definitely know will happen at some point.

People get assurance from other people.

And they can also be self-assured.

And I just want you to be assured that people will receive your messages,

What you're saying,

What you're trying to do,

In the best way that they can.

Nobody can do better than they can do.

So their ability to listen to you,

To hear you,

Will just be the best that they can do.

Or maybe you need the confidence for something else.

The assurance that a situation you're going to go through is going to work out the way you want.

Well,

Everyone's just going to do the best they can.

That's all they can do.

They can't do anything else.

And you can be assured of that.

So take a deep breath.

Put your shoulders back,

Your chest forward.

Feel it in your stomach.

Move into the state of assured.

You're assured.

And if you assure yourself a second time,

You will be reassured.

It's okay.

You've got this.

Trust yourself.

Take a deep breath.

And you're spending so much time in confidence.

More and more time every day.

And you can have confidence and peace.

Take a deep breath because peace can come with you wherever you go.

Peace can even come in when you're activated.

Even when you're excited or nervous,

You can feel at peace.

You can feel at peace with it even when you're nervous.

Even when you're excited.

Even when you're excited or nervous,

You can feel at peace with that.

But as well as assured,

You can be self-assured.

And this is different from being simply assured.

Self-assured is what you did earlier when you went into that memory of feeling amazing.

It's what you did when you remembered somewhere that was amazing.

You just went there.

You assured yourself that you could feel really good.

That there was a time when you felt great.

And you can come up with a plan in this place.

To know what you need to do.

You can do this.

And so if something happens,

You can respond.

But you're going to be okay.

Whatever happens,

You are going to be safe.

Say it in your mind.

Whatever happens,

I'm safe.

And so you can hear a voice in your head take a deep breath.

A voice of self-assurance.

If this happens,

I'm going to be okay.

And if that happens,

I can just do something then.

But whatever happens,

I'm going to be okay.

And I don't know what's going to happen.

And that's okay.

Because I know that I can come up with a plan whatever happens.

And if things change,

I'll change my plan.

I'll come up with a new one.

And so I don't need to plan any more than one step ahead.

I can just think about what I'm doing now.

And I can be self-assured.

I just need to think about how I'm feeling now.

Take a deep breath.

And I can be self-assured.

Put your shoulders and your body into the state of self-assured.

Twist it and move it into the posture of self-assured.

Of the type of person who reassures themselves using their own voice and thoughts.

As well as their stance and their posture.

As well as this voice that penetrates deeply into your subconscious.

And lets you know that you can be calm.

And you can be calm and excited.

And you can be excited and confident.

And you can be calm and excited and confident.

Or you can be nervous and confident.

And you can be nervous and at peace.

And so spending now more and more time in different flavours of confidence.

You're learning these really delicious new tastes.

Like going to your favourite ice cream parlour and discovering they've got a brand new flavour that you've never heard of.

Or going to the buffet and finding a new favourite food.

Or finding that they've got a whole selection of all of your favourite treats.

And the next one that I'd like you to taste.

The next one I'd like you to move into.

Is the feeling of bold.

Go on,

Try it on.

You know,

Some people they don't like spending too much time in bold.

And that's okay.

Step into it for now.

What's it like to be bold?

What do your shoulders do?

What does your breathing do?

Just notice.

Be bold.

Bold is like putting yourself out there.

Bold is putting yourself in front of a room of people and speaking.

Bold is saying what you think.

Bold is being radically yourself.

Bold is speaking truth,

Giving truth as words.

Other people look at bold and go,

Wow,

You can do that.

You're bold.

Now you can be nervous and be bold.

You can also be calm.

Take a deep breath and be bold.

And you can be confident and bold.

But be bold.

Maybe you can think of somebody that's really bold that you admire.

And just breathe in the feeling of boldness.

Breathe in an assured confidence to that boldness.

Boldness is about being absolutely you.

Showing exactly who you are.

Doing things in the way you want to do them.

Saying exactly what you want to say without fear of consequence.

Without fear of how it's received.

Because bold is friends with the truth.

And the truth likes to be on display.

And when truth is on display,

The people that really matter,

They appreciate it.

Always give truth with love.

And the people that don't want the truth,

Well,

They were never going to appreciate it anyway.

So you may as well just be bold.

Bold loves the truth.

And bold loves being yourself.

That's the truth.

Take a deep breath.

Saying what you think.

That's the truth.

Showing who you are.

What you've got.

Doing things in your way.

That's the truth.

So you may as well be bold.

Because the people that love that,

That love the truth,

They'll like it.

And some people won't.

Well,

They were never going to like it anyway.

So take a deep breath.

And just anchor in the feeling of bold.

What's it like to be bold?

To speak being bold.

To stand being bold.

Just get a feeling.

And you know,

We can almost link arms.

I can almost stand up and support you if you've got something to do.

If you've got an interview or you've got to public speak.

It's almost like I can be there with you.

If you like,

I can hold your hand,

Put a hand on your shoulder,

Or just be nearby.

So that you can present bold with the truth,

Knowing you're supported.

And you can imagine in your other arm,

Or your other hand,

Is truth.

Truth personified.

What is it like to speak the truth?

Think about that.

What does it feel like to stand in truth?

To present with truth?

To be bold with truth?

To take a deep breath,

Anchor it in?

Because we're not done yet.

You know,

It's like you have a favourite flower.

But then you go to a flower show and there are so many beautiful flowers.

How do you even pick what your favourite flower is?

There's giant flowers with massive petals.

And there's tiny little clusters of beautifully coloured little flowers.

Every colour you can imagine.

Every shape you can imagine.

Flowers in the shape of animals and insects.

It's amazing.

Round ones,

Soft ones,

Smooth ones.

Flowers that smell so beautiful.

Ones that don't have a smell at all.

But maybe they've got the most stunning colours.

Flowers that look waxy.

Flowers that have a matte finish.

And one of these flowers is the flower of certainty.

And so you just pick up the flower of certainty.

Move up towards it.

Just imagine it.

Just make it up.

Notice its colour.

Notice the smell.

Take a deep breath through your nose.

This is the flower of certainty.

Now certainty comes out when you're sure.

You're sure when you're standing in truth.

When you know what you're talking about.

When you're grounded in boldness.

When you're self-assured.

It allows you to be certain.

And I guess certainty must always be taken with a pinch of salt.

Because we can always get new information,

Can't we?

It can make us a little bit less certain.

But once we assimilate the new information,

We can make a new presupposition,

A new suggestion.

And we can be certain of that.

At least as far as we're able.

And so certain is about being confident in our best guess.

It's not about being right all the time.

It's not about being perfect.

It's not about solving all your problems,

Passing the exams,

Doing that talk perfectly.

But the one thing you can be certain of is that you're doing your best job.

Being here right now proves that.

One thing I can be certain of is that people like people who are just themselves.

And not everyone's going to like someone that's just themself,

And that's okay.

Because we don't need everyone to like us or to approve.

But we do need to be competent.

And I'm certain that competence is better than likability.

And I'm certain that you're competent at what you're going to be doing.

Or that you're competently capable of making a plan to be good at what you're doing.

And I wonder what it would be like to be twice as certain as you are now.

That you have all the tools to do an amazing job.

And it's like looking at the sky at night,

And there's all these beautiful stars,

But it's so dark.

So you can see all the extra stars that you don't normally see.

And there's no moon.

And there's this bright patch of new stars that you haven't seen before.

And this bright patch of new stars,

Take a deep breath,

It reminds you of another flavour of confidence.

This is the flavour of being positive.

You're good at this one,

You just step into it.

Just be positive.

Feel being positive in your body,

What's it like?

Notice the physiology of being positive.

Notice the breathing.

Notice your face muscles when you're positive.

Notice your shoulders,

What's it like?

Take a deep breath,

Be positive.

Because being positive is a little bit like being hopeful,

Isn't it?

And also having faith.

It's being optimistic,

It's looking on the bright side.

It's knowing that it's okay,

That not everything's going to work out,

But you can make it good,

With or without a plan.

And it's kind of like trusting yourself that you can do what you've done.

You can do what you've got to do.

Trust yourself to know what you can do,

And that you've done good work,

And that you can do good work,

And you'll get done what needs done.

You can be positive that good work pays off.

Positive that positive energy attracts positive energy.

And I'm positive that you'll be received well.

That whatever you're trying to do is going to go well.

And being positive,

Be positive now.

It's putting this energy out to the universe that other people do love it,

Don't they?

And they latch on to it.

People tend to enjoy spending time with a positive person.

So you're very unlikely to get any clap back.

You can just imagine what it's like to walk in and do what you've got to do.

Feeling positive.

You can just imagine now,

Visualize it.

What do you see?

What do you hear?

What do you smell?

What do you feel?

Just walking in,

Doing what you've got to do.

Feeling positive in your body.

Smiling,

Happy,

Positive.

Maybe you're positive and excited.

Or maybe you're positive and calm.

But positive and excited is fantastic for speaking.

And positive and calm is really good for job interviews.

But people love positive and excited.

And they also love positive and calm.

So it's okay to be positive and excited or positive and calm.

It's also okay to be positive and nervous.

Nervous is great.

Nervous is,

I'm going to remember everything.

I'm going to stay activated to remember what I've got to do.

I'm going to stay activated so that I can adapt to the situation.

I'm staying in an activated physiology so that I can remember.

So that I can change.

So that I can do what I have to do.

And we can link arms.

Or I can stand by your side.

And you can think about what it's like to have somebody with you.

While you're nervous and activated.

But also positive because you're smiling.

And so even if you're nervous and you're smiling and you're positive.

That's what people will see.

They'll forget about the nerves.

We all have them.

We're all human.

But we don't all choose to be positive.

And that's something you can do.

So take a deep breath.

And really feel the positivity.

Really feel the physiology of positivity.

What's it like to just know that you're going to get things done?

That things are going to work out well?

Be convinced of it.

To be happy that you are going to do your best job.

To feel good about yourself.

To feel good about the work that you do.

And you're going to be noticed.

Be positive.

And notice the positivity.

Because we're not done yet.

Because we also have another feeling.

This is the feeling of being convinced.

Because sometimes in the past you've been nervous about something.

But you've convinced yourself it's going to be okay.

You're not ignoring your nerves.

But you've taken them into account.

And you've come up with a new prediction for the future.

Convinced is the feeling of overcoming nerves.

And moving into a state of ease.

So move into that state of convinced.

You're convinced that you can do a great job.

You can be convinced that it's going to work out okay.

You can be convinced that you're going to be confident.

You can be convinced that you'll do a good performance,

Presentation,

Whatever your goals are.

You're going to knock them out the park.

What's it like to already have that feeling of being convinced?

Feel it.

Move into it.

Move into the physiology of convinced.

Your brain is going to be telling you.

You can do this.

You got this.

You're amazing.

I already told you.

You can do this.

I know you can do this.

We know you can do this.

Your brain knows you can do this.

Every part of you knows that you can do it once you're convinced.

Because someone who's convinced take a deep breath.

They've had an internal conflict.

And then they've looked at the parts.

And then they've got them into agreement with the goal.

And they've moved past the conflict.

And now they're convinced.

And there are steps to becoming convinced.

You have to identify the part of you that's not convinced.

And have a conversation with it in your mind.

If you want to be convinced you have to be given evidence.

So give it evidence.

Give that part of you that seeks to be convinced evidence now.

Make an image of what it feels like.

To do a really good job for things to work out okay.

Become convinced.

Just imagine it.

Be convinced now.

I want you to be convinced that whatever you've got to do you can do it.

That you've got this.

Give yourself permission.

Give yourself permission to be yourself.

Give yourself freedom.

Freedom to be yourself.

Let go of a picture of a perfect outcome.

Perfect never happens.

But what you can have is a picture of doing a good job.

And you can be convinced that you can do a good job.

You're convinced of it.

You're convinced of doing a good job that's received well.

You're convinced that you can get through what you have to get through.

You won't get through it perfectly.

Perfect never happens.

But you can do a really good job of it.

And you can enjoy it.

And you can be convinced of it.

And I want you to move now into the next one.

Into poised.

And I bet you can think of somebody,

Perhaps a woman.

Perhaps an actress or a fictional character.

Someone like Wonder Woman.

Someone that has a really good posture.

Someone that presents very well.

Someone that when you think of him or her is timeless.

Somebody poised.

Somebody that when they stand up they demand and command authority.

Just by the way they stand.

I want you to move into the physiology of poised.

Take a deep breath.

Move your shoulders.

Feel your back strong.

Take a deep breath.

Feel poised.

What's it like?

What's it like to try on poised?

To walk about poised?

When you're poised it's almost like you see things a little bit differently.

You hear things a little bit differently.

You're more receptive to information.

Because sometimes when there's nerves we get in our head a little bit.

And we're thinking and we're worrying about what other people think.

But poised is more kind of listening.

Noticing more slowly.

Looking around slowly.

Talking slowly.

Looking around slowly.

What do these people think?

What have they got to say?

What have I got to do next?

How can I make sure that I'm doing the things I want to do?

That I can get through confidently?

So just take a moment to breathe in poised.

Take a deep breath.

The energy of poised.

What do your shoulders feel like poised?

What does your back feel like poised?

And you can move into poised anytime you want.

Anytime you want to become more comfortable you can move your body.

You can adjust your head and your neck.

Because it's really good to feel comfortable.

And it's also really good to feel assertive.

What's it like to be assertive?

Being assertive is like going after something that you want.

With so many flavours of confidence.

And you're spending so much time in all these different flavours of confidence.

What's it like to be assertive?

To go for what you want?

To know that your opinion is valid.

That your point is important.

That you need to push a little bit to get what you want.

And to push forward.

And just push your shoulders into the physiology of assertive.

Breathe in the physiology of assertive.

Your chest and your stomach.

Let them feel it.

What's it like when you're assertive?

Just lock it in.

Lock in the physiology of assertive.

And you're going to be spending time in all of these confidences.

Because the more time you spend in one of them.

The more open up for you.

The more it's familiar.

The more you spend time in one of these like assertive.

The more familiar it becomes.

The easier it is to do again.

And the more time you spend in different flavours of confidence.

The easier it is to move from one to another.

So that even if there are nerves.

You also have confidence.

Even up into the point of fearless.

And I want you to imagine it right now.

Imagine that you are fearless.

Make it up.

Invent it.

Imagine it.

You are fearless.

Take a deep breath.

Nothing can bother you.

You would just never be scared.

You wouldn't even be nervous.

You're just fearless.

And what's that like?

Feel it in your body.

That's just having complete optimism.

Complete faith.

Complete trust.

Knowing that you know what you're doing.

And what you're doing is right.

Fearless is in the flow.

You've let go of your ego state.

You're just being.

You're just doing.

Fearless is fearless because you've removed the ego.

You're not worrying about yourself anymore.

Fearless is seeing a burning building.

And running in to rescue a child.

You don't think about the flames.

Fearless is going in.

Not thinking about what's going to happen to you.

Just thinking about what needs done.

And getting it done.

Fearless is knowing that there's a task.

And nothing can stop you from achieving it.

Fearless is walking.

Completely assured of a successful outcome.

Fearless is knowing that you can do it.

Fearless is knowing that no matter what happens.

You're going to be completely fine.

What is the physiology of fearless?

Just breathe it in.

A new level to confidence.

You're becoming introduced to all these layers and levels of confidence.

But they're already within you.

You're just remembering them.

And the more time you spend in fearless.

The easier all the other forms of confidence get.

Take a deep breath.

You are fearless.

And you can feel it.

Even just in moments.

Even just diving in to the ocean.

You are fearless.

What do your arms and legs feel like when you're fearless?

They feel strong.

Your face feels strong.

And yet relaxed.

Your jaw relaxes when you're fearless doesn't it?

But your shoulders and neck,

They feel strong.

Your back feels strong.

You are fearless.

And just imagine doing something fearlessly.

Anything at all.

Just imagine doing it.

What would it be like?

What's this thing that you've got to get through or you've got to do?

Imagine doing it fearlessly now.

What does it feel like to get through what you've got to get through fearlessly?

Take a deep breath.

You are fearless.

And on the other side.

There's another feeling.

An even better feeling.

It's called upbeat.

Upbeat is friends with optimistic.

It's friends with positive.

And upbeat can be,

You know,

I'm still a bit nervous but it's okay.

And you know everybody prefers an upbeat person don't they?

Or at least they prefer it to a downbeat version.

And you could be an upbeat nervous person.

Or a downbeat confident person.

Upbeat and nervous.

Or downbeat and confident.

See when you're upbeat you can be yourself.

Unless yourself is downbeat and then move into upbeat.

Because there's an upbeat version of you.

And when you're upbeat you can be positive.

That you can overcome errors.

That if everything doesn't go perfectly it's okay.

It's okay if you make a mistake.

It's okay if everything's not to go perfect.

You're upbeat.

You've got good energy.

That's what people say about you.

They say you have good energy.

You're really upbeat.

You've got a bouncy energy.

Upbeat people they kind of bounce don't they?

They bounce a little bit.

They move when they talk.

If you've got a presentation or something you've got to do.

Move when you talk.

Bounce a little bit.

Be upbeat.

If you've got an exam or an event to get through.

Just kind of bounce your body when you think about it.

Be upbeat.

Move when you talk.

And move when you walk.

Upbeat people by their very definition are lifting.

They're uplifting.

Upbeat people uplift.

They lift up.

So to feel upbeat you might like to feel a bit bouncy.

And you might like to uplift others around you.

Like what it's like to be in a bouncy castle or a trampoline.

Or to just stand on your toes and bounce up and down.

So when somebody's talking to you and say you're a bit nervous.

And you can't quite manage to be fearless today.

You can be upbeat.

You can just start by bouncing on your feet just a little bit.

Just bounce a little bit.

Bounce your shoulders do it now.

Just wiggle and bounce just a little bit.

Or bounce your arms.

Just a little bit.

Just get the feeling.

Almost like you want to dance just a little bit.

You know you hear upbeat music.

What does it do?

It makes you want to move doesn't it?

It makes you want to dance.

And an upbeat person they just want to move a little bit more.

And it's a fantastic way to deal with nerves.

Because nerves are not your enemy.

Nerves is the energy of activation helping you focus.

And so a fantastic way to deal with nerves is to be upbeat.

To use those nerves as energy.

And just to be a little bit bouncy.

You can do it.

You can do it enough so that people can see.

And you can bounce about the room.

Or you can have your foot just under the table or the desk.

Or just bounce your foot a little bit.

Or you can just shrug your shoulders and push them back from time to time.

Or you can be upbeat with your voice.

Upbeat with your voice.

Just like raising your voice a bit.

Just be upbeat.

Just lift people up with your voice.

So even if you're nervous you can be upbeat.

Very subtly.

Very calmly.

Very confidently.

Upbeat.

Use that energy.

And I don't know,

Maybe you've got to get through something and you're going to be alone.

But you can be upbeat with yourself.

You can write upbeat writings.

You can bounce about.

You can record your voice giving affirmations back to yourself in an upbeat tone.

See yourself being just a little bit bouncy.

Getting through whatever you've got to go through.

Doing what you've got to do.

Presenting.

Job interview,

Exam,

Whatever it is.

Just see yourself upbeat with a big smile.

And your eyes,

Your eyes look upbeat.

What is it like to be upbeat?

Take a deep breath.

Lock it in.

Upbeat.

Lock in the physiology of upbeat through your body.

The feeling of movement.

The feeling of confidence that accepts nerves and uses them.

And take a deep breath.

And I want you to move into unshakable.

And unshakable isn't fearless.

But it's another flavour of confidence.

Unshakable is like going to Rome in Italy and seeing these buildings that have been gone for thousands of years.

And you see the ruins over there.

And you see this one building that's been there for 2000 years and it has not moved.

And it's still there just like it was at the beginning.

Just like new.

It's like granite.

It's like super hard granite.

It's beautiful.

And it's strong and it cannot be moved.

And it's not that it wants to move or doesn't want to move.

Unshakable just cannot be moved.

It doesn't matter if somebody's mean to you.

If they're positive to you.

It doesn't matter.

You're unshakable.

You cannot be moved.

It doesn't matter if things go your way or they don't.

You're unshakable.

You cannot be moved.

It doesn't matter if somebody gives you positive feedback or negative feedback.

It doesn't matter.

Because you cannot be moved.

You're unshakable.

Unshakable is I don't move.

Unshakable is I'm strong.

Unshakable is I'm standing here,

Being here,

Doing what I gotta do.

Whatever happens,

I cannot be rocked.

And you can feel unshakable.

And what's it like for your shoulders?

Take a deep breath.

For your shoulders to feel unshakable.

For your body to feel unshakable.

What's your breathing like when you are unshakable?

And it doesn't matter if there's an activated or a deactivated energy.

It doesn't matter if there's nerves or peace.

It doesn't matter if you're tired or you're full of energy.

You are unshakable.

And you cannot be moved.

And it doesn't matter what comes at you from outside.

You cannot be moved.

Unshakable cannot be moved by positive or negative feedback.

Or words.

Or good or bad weather.

It doesn't matter.

You are unshakable.

You will remain for 2,

000 years.

Just like granite.

Strong.

Feel that strength all through your body.

It's like all your bones are in perfect alignment.

Perfectly in alignment.

Like your skeleton is just perfectly where it's meant to be.

With all your muscles.

Take a deep breath.

In the right place.

They're holding each other in this grip.

This strength.

This vice that you have in your whole body.

Just lock it in.

Lock unshakable in.

And the more time you spend in unshakable,

The easier it is to spend time in other flavours of confidence as well.

And you spend so much time in confidence now that you have all these different words that you never really knew existed for you before.

All these different states that you can move into.

And they become more and more easy to access.

So I'm going to get you to pick one in a minute.

And once you've picked it,

All you have to do is come back to the room with that state in your body.

You keep that state.

You open your eyes and come back.

Not yet.

You're going to run through them.

Take a deep breath.

And it could be like a new person.

You can be just like a resolute person.

Decisive.

Making decisions.

It could be a completely new form of confidence that you decide to move into.

Or it can be one of these ones that we're going to go through that we've talked about.

Certain.

Bold.

Self-assured.

Assured.

Confident.

Convinced.

Fearless.

You can be upbeat.

You can be optimistic.

You can be unshakable.

Just whatever resonates.

Whichever flavour of confidence you need right now.

And then wrap that one that you choose up in peace.

Just select one now.

Wrap it up in peace.

Wrap it up in love.

Make it as strong as you can.

Have it move through your body.

Move to your feet,

To your hands,

Through your chest and your stomach,

All down your back.

Wrap up in peace and love that feeling of confidence.

Make it so full.

Assured.

Self-assured.

Bold.

Certain.

Positive.

Convinced.

Poised.

Self-reliant.

Assertive.

Fearless.

Upbeat.

Optimistic.

Decisive.

Resolute.

Unshakable.

Double it.

Triple the strength.

And once you've really locked it in,

Once you've locked it through your whole body,

And when it's as strong as it can,

You open your eyes and bring it back.

Don't open those eyes until it's really strong,

Confident,

Bold,

Positive,

Upbeat,

Optimistic.

When it's just as strong as it can,

Do it now.

Make it so strong and pull it back with you.

Pull it through with your whole being,

Your whole body,

Stay in it.

You are so strong.
