This meditation guides you into the felt sense—beyond logic, into the language of sensation, rhythm, and inner truth. A powerful tool for decision-making, emotional clarity, and creative alignment. Ideal for transitions, creative blocks, or anytime you long to feel your truth from the inside out.

Transcript

Welcome to this somatic intuitive practice.

Begin by finding a comfortable position.

This practice can be done sitting,

Laying down,

Or standing.

However your body feels most comfortable right now.

I'll invite you to take a few gentle breaths in and slowly let it go.

Allow yourself to arrive here in this moment knowing there's nowhere else you need to be.

Begin to notice the contact your body makes with the ground or the surface below you,

Allowing that support to remind you that you are held,

You are supported.

Continue to take some deep breaths and bring your awareness inward to your body.

Noticing any sensations,

Any tension,

Any emotion that may be coming up.

Knowing that there's no need to analyze or change anything.

Just noticing with curiosity and compassion.

Let your breath deepen slightly now,

Perhaps placing one hand over your heart or your belly.

As you start to feel into you,

And start to invite some gentle movement into your body now.

Maybe you sway from side to side,

Maybe you slowly circle your hips or reach your arms up overhead.

Maybe you relax your jaw,

Allow your eyes to close if they're not already.

Begin to ask inwardly,

What do I need right now?

Allow your body to answer,

Maybe with a feeling or a sensation,

Maybe it's a clear message.

And if nothing comes to you in this moment,

That's okay too.

Just being here,

Being with yourself,

Offering yourself a little bit of self-compassion does wonders for our intuition to feel safe enough to shine through.

Continue to allow any messages or wisdom to come through for another few moments now.

Start to slowly tune into that support beneath you.

Knowing that whatever it was that came through for you,

That you are supported.

You have choice and agency here in this moment.

This is a space for you in a practice of attuning to yourself and your body's wisdom and intuition that you can return to anytime you'd like.

And as you begin to allow your breath to deepen once more,

You allow your eyes to softly flutter open.

Notice if there are any shifts in your experience.

Even subtle ones.

Maybe you feel a little bit more connected or supported.

Maybe you feel a little bit more self-compassion or gratitude for yourself than you did at the beginning of this practice.

And if it feels okay,

Maybe place a hand on yourself,

On your chest or your belly.

Offer yourself a little bit of gratitude for showing up here today.

Your body thanks you for listening.
