This guided meditation will provide focus and relaxation to your pelvic floor. Often, we carry tension in this area without being aware that we are holding it there. With attention, we can begin to notice this area and allow for a sense of safety and presence, which often leads to a greater connection and improved relaxation.

Get in a comfortable position.

If you're lying on the ground,

You may wish to put a pillow,

A bolster,

Or a blanket under your knees to take off any stress of your back.

You may also want to put a small pillow under your neck or head for comfort.

And if you're sitting up,

Find a comfortable,

Upright position where your spine is supported.

Now,

Take a moment and bring your attention to the gentle rise and fall of your breath to center yourself.

There's no other place you need to be right now.

There's nothing you need to do.

You just need to be here right now.

Now,

Let's start with your head.

Allow your head to feel very heavy.

Breathe gently in and out,

And notice your breath.

Focus on your breath like the waves of the ocean,

Coming in and out.

Now,

Allow your forehead to relax.

Feel your eyeballs getting heavy in their socket.

Now,

Relax your mouth,

Your muscles in the mouth,

So you feel an openness,

A softness of your face.

And then move down to your neck.

Allow the muscles in the neck to release and for the tension to just vanish.

And as you move through your upper body,

Have awareness in your shoulders.

Soften your shoulders.

Allow them to just drop down.

And breathe into any areas that feel tight or restricted.

Focus your mind's eye on lengthening and releasing your spine by allowing the area to soften and relax.

Breathe in healing,

And then release any tension,

Anything you no longer need.

Then relax your chest and your back.

Allow all of the tension and the worries that you have been carrying on your back fall off.

For right now,

Release all of the tension and let it go.

Let all of it go.

Now,

Let's relax our arms and then our hands.

Allow your hands to feel very heavy.

And then move down to your hips and your legs and your feet.

Allow every part of your body to just soften.

And breathe in in a healing light and breathe out any tension that you may still be holding on to.

Just breathe in and breathe out.

Now,

We're going to go up to our pelvis.

And we're going to think of this area as an area we're going to send a healing pink light.

We're going to send a relaxing healing pink light towards your core,

Where you can soften your pelvic floor and take in a deep,

Big belly breath and allow your pelvic floor to lengthen.

As you do,

Widen your sits bones and allow your body to relax into the surface that is supporting your body.

Expand and allow.

Receive the rose glow that is here for you to be in this moment and use your breath to guide you.

You are doing it perfectly.

You're making time for yourself and you're showing up.

Now,

Let's start off with five breaths together.

Breathe in healing light and energy and breathe out tension.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out anxiety.

Breathe in softening.

Breathe out restriction.

Breathe in flow and breathe out all that you no longer need.

And continue to breathe softly in and out.

In and out.

Open yourself to what is and accept yourself for where you're at.

You are exactly where you need to be.

You are doing the best that you can and everything that you're doing is good enough.

Now you're going to come back into the room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Bring your attention back to your body and allow your body to start waking up.

Slowly roll over to one side and appreciate the time that you've made for yourself.

Then slowly rise and thank yourself for doing the very best that you can.
