Hello beautiful.
Welcome back.
Welcome to this meditation.
Today we are going to journey into our inner temple and connect with our higher self.
This is a great meditation to use if you feel like you are struggling to connect to yourself,
To your sovereign identity,
And to who you are.
So with that,
I welcome you to find a comfortable seat or laying down,
Perhaps snuggled in a blanket,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
And as you get into whatever meditative pose you would like,
Begin to think and acknowledge your intention for today's journey.
It can be as simple as connecting to your high self for the very first time,
Or like an old friend,
Coming back to yourself.
As we journey through your inner temple,
I want you to focus primarily on breathing and staying present within the moment.
It can become so easy for us to just let our minds wander or think about what we need to do after this meditation.
We're going to cook for dinner,
What we're going to do later.
Gift yourself this time and allow yourself to fully,
Fully immerse yourself into this experience and into this now moment.
As you begin to relax and get comfortable in this position,
Take notice of your breath,
How it rises and falls,
Where it lives in the body.
Are you breathing primarily in the upper chest or is it in your diaphragm?
Do you feel your ribs expand and contract with each breath of air?
Or is it lower yet within the belly?
Just take notice of where it lives.
And on your next inhale,
I want you to focus on inhaling into the space between your sacral and your sacral vertebrae.
And your solar plexus chakras.
And that upper stomach,
Lower diaphragm area.
Envision that there is a bright light within this area that you are energizing with the breath.
And on every exhale,
I want you to focus solely on exhaling any negativity,
Any doubt,
Any lower vibrational frequencies or emotions that may be living within and stuck within the body.
As you focus on your breath,
I want you to envision your pineal gland.
Your pineal gland,
It's the space right up in the middle of your forehead,
In between your eyes,
And back through your head.
It lives within the very center of your brain.
I want you to focus on the color that you see.
Perhaps it is white.
Perhaps it is indigo or purple.
Take note of the color that you see.
And on every inhale,
Focus on this light getting brighter and more brilliant.
We're going to journey now into our inner temple.
Focus on walking down the long corridor.
There is a brilliant blinding light at the very end.
As you make it to the end of this tunnel,
There's a set of stairs leading you directly up.
You can't see where it goes,
But that's okay.
Going to trust the journey that we're on currently.
As you walk up the stairs,
You begin to notice that there is a figure standing at the top of the steps.
Continue your journey upwards towards them now.
As you walk up the stairs,
You begin to notice that there is a figure standing at the top of the steps.

As you walk up the stairs,
You begin to notice that there is a figure standing at the top of the steps.
And as they come into view,
Take notice of the clothing that they're wearing,
The appearance of their physical being,
Any auras that you see around them,
And you begin to come become familiar with their energy.
As it welcomes you into this temple space within yourself.
Perhaps as you come to stand in front of them,
They embrace you,
Or they hold you at arm's distance.
As you get a good look at each other,
This is perhaps the first time that you are physically meeting within your mind's eye,
Or this is a regular friendly visit for you.
Either way,
I want you to focus on how you feel in this moment.
Do you feel joy,
Elation?
Do you feel excitement,
Activation?
As you continue to study each other,
Remembering that they are you and you are them,
Acknowledging that you are one in the same,
They take you by the hand and continue to walk with you into this brilliantly large,
Grand room.
Pay attention to how this room is decorated.
What does it look like?
Are there fabrics on the walls?
Is everything made of marble or gold?
Take note of what your inner temple looks like.
It is different for all of us,
But pay special attention to the energy of the space.
Pay attention to the colors of the space.
And the way that you feel.
As you continue to walk further into this great room,
You notice that there is a pedestal in the center of the room.
Walk towards it now.
And as you approach this pedestal,
You realize that there is a book.
Not as a great,
Large book,
But a book nonetheless.
Take note of its appearance.
Is it old,
Ancient,
Weathered with age and years?
Or is it untouched by time?
This is your soul book.
This is your book from the Akasha.
It is one of many great volumes,
But this is the book for this incarnation.
It contains your soul mission,
Your purpose within this lifetime.
Your higher self stands directly opposite you from the pedestal and opens the book for you.
Take your time.
Experience this book in this moment.
Use this opportunity to ask any questions that you have.
Questions about your soul mission.
Questions about where you should go,
What you should do.
Focus on those with pure intention.
Be open to receiving this knowledge and wisdom from your high self,
From this great book.
What thoughts are running through your head currently?
Those likely are your answers.
Are you sensing emotion?
Are you sensing a sense of purpose?
Energy?
Colors?
Visions?
Tap into your clear abilities.
Those are likely answers for you.
As you take in this information,
Begin to catalog how this makes you feel.
Catalog the sensations within your body,
Your physical being.
And when you're ready,
You may begin to step back from the book.
Step back from this pedestal.
If there are further questions that you have for your high self,
Ask them now.
And when you're ready,
And when you're ready,
Say your goodbyes.
Know that you may access this temple and your high self whenever you desire.
This place is not some mystical far-off land that you are incapable of journeying to.
It is within you,
And you carry it with you always.
You simply just need to relax and accept where you are,
And feel the energy and the emotion of this moment.
When you're ready,
Exit the temple and begin the journey back down the staircase,
Through the halls,
And back to your body and your physical being.
And as you come back to your physical vessel,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Perhaps letting a small stretch,
Rolling your shoulders or your neck,
Coming back into your physical vessel and your physical being.
Take some time now after this experience to let go of all the negative thoughts,
To take a break from the session,
To journal on what you learned.
Perhaps continue to ask questions,
Or come up with questions for your next visit.
Remember all it takes is your intention to connect back to your high self and your inner temple.
These are tools that are available to you for access whenever you need.
You just simply must ask.
Over the next day,
Couple of days,
Make sure that you drink lots of water.
Water is our life essence,
And it helps the energy and our soul essence move throughout our body.
When we do intensive meditations and connecting with ourself in the spiritual plane,
It is incredibly important that we maintain our physical vessel as well.
