In this heart-centered meditation, we will allow your optimal future to come forth, showing you the best possible timelines available to you in your current trajectory. We will reverse-engineer this future version of you to see what it would take to get you to manifest this timeline in the near future. Afterwards, there are 5 journal prompts to help you extract the wisdom you gained by completing this exercise. Listeners are encouraged to bring mindful awareness into this exercise, noticing how your head, chest, and belly feel throughout the prompts, the emotions experienced, the awareness of fear's influence over your trajectory, and the intent to continue that awareness after the meditation is complete.

Welcome to Connected From Within's shift into your best possible timeline meditation.

Let's begin by taking a moment to allow your body to settle.

Find a comfortable position that you can stay in for the length of this meditation.

You can close your eyes or keep them open with a soft gaze out in front of you.

If you need to clear your throat or shift around to make yourself more comfortable,

Go ahead and do that now.

Today I'll guide you through a practice to envision the best possible future that you wish to bring into your experience.

This is a chance to connect with that place inside that came here for expansion,

Creativity and expression of our unique self,

A chance to connect with that life we hoped to experience before we were born in this incarnation.

This is a useful way to consider how we care for ourselves and others,

And to show up in the best way to meet life's challenges.

Before we start,

Take a full breath in and a long breath out.

Now allow the breath to find its natural rhythm in and out,

Allowing yourself to be fully present resting on the breath.

I'll provide you with prompts to help you find the most desirable timeline available to you.

Throughout this practice,

Let your body and mind feel loose and open.

As I provide the prompt,

Resist the urge to problem solve and see if anything comes up If nothing comes to mind,

You can always continue to rest your attention on the breath.

Also notice where these desires originate.

Are they coming from the mind or from the heart,

From the personality or from the calling of your soul?

Find the ones coming from your heart and allow the images,

Sounds,

Sensations,

Feelings and deep knowings to surface and expand before you.

Let's begin.

Ask yourself,

What kind of a future do I feel deeply moved towards?

Remembering to breathe in and out.

What am I doing with my time?

Where am I living?

Who do I spend my time with?

As you hold this timeline in your imagination,

What feelings are present?

Let's explore that timeline more deeply.

How can I show up today to support moving into this timeline?

How can I show up fully for the opportunities that I may encounter?

How can I stay true to myself and not make myself smaller around others?

What thoughts might I experience that could get in the way of me being the version of myself I came to the planet to be and how will I move beyond them?

What situations may interfere and how will I move through those?

What skills or tools do I already have to support me moving into that timeline?

See yourself right now somewhere in this timeline and reflect on the things you did that empowered you to get there.

See yourself doing some of those things.

Maybe it's spending time with loved ones.

Maybe it's engaging in a daily practice that supports clarity and focus.

Maybe it's putting your energy into learning new skills.

Or maybe it's allowing yourself to let something go.

See those things in your imagination and notice what it feels like as you imagine doing them.

You can come back to this meditation at any time.

We all have the ability to improve our lives and the lives of those around us.

Can you take this feeling with you as you head back to your day?

Can you allow it to guide your interactions with the world around you?

Let's finish this meditation by taking a full breath in and a long breath out.

To integrate this practice,

I encourage you to write in journal about the following prompts.

1.
