Accessing non-duality.
Notice how does it feel to be your mind right now.
Enter the room of your mind.
Is it noisy?
Is it busy?
Is it quiet?
Are there pockets of noisiness and quietness?
Is it negative?
Is it positive?
Is it open and fluid or judgmental and closed?
How does it feel to be your mind right now?
And notice that the thinker of thoughts are like a problem solver looking for problems to solve,
Looking to feel safe,
Looking to feel enough,
Looking to feel loved.
And this is normal,
This is the default mode of your mind.
And acknowledging this and allowing this to be as it is,
Gives yourself permission to unblend from this problem solver looking for problems to solve,
Just for the next 10 minutes.
It can feel like the problem solver is whirling around in your head,
Looking outside,
Looking inside.
Is it safe?
Am I okay?
Am I worthy?
And acknowledging this and allowing this pattern of safety to relax,
You can notice,
You can go from the noticing of the problem solver to awareness itself.
Become more curious about what is aware of the problem solver,
Of thoughts,
Of issues.
And it's like unhooking from the problem solver to hearing,
Dropping this bubble of knowing from your default position,
Wherever that might be,
To dropping around,
In or around your hearing.
Where is sound experienced directly?
The hearing or the sound field is already non-dual.
It's already right here.
So it's much easier to access non-duality from hearing.
So unhook awareness from thought and drop it down in or around your hearing.
And know that you are hearing from this space around your ears,
Inside your head,
Lower behind your eyes,
Below your eyes,
Closer to your jaw and your ears.
And notice the foreground background shift from content to context awareness.
And as you reorient towards hearing,
Notice the gaps between my words as I exaggerate some of my speech to allow the gaps between what I say to permeate content and drop into non-duality.
No distance,
No center,
No edge.
Hearing,
The heard and the hearer dissolve in non-dual hearing.
Hearing,
Just a few millimeters away from our ordinary mind,
Dropping into the felt direct experience of hearing.
And you notice a melting in your experience to drop into fundamental well-being right here.
Noticing less thinking,
More access to space,
Subtle bliss,
Equanimity.
If you inquire where is the sound coming from,
From this non-dual space,
You notice that it's not coming from anywhere.
This is how you know you're in non-duality.
Hearing,
Feeling,
Seeing is all appearing directly in a non-dual field that's centerless,
Boundaryless,
Edgeless,
Timeless.
Abiding in the non-dual field allows you to experience everything non-judgmentally with more curiosity,
Compassion,
Clarity and kindness.
Open your eyes if they're not already open and notice the field within which you're coming from is non-dual,
Changeless.
Where you're viewing from is changeless.
Viewing change,
Viewing time,
Viewing impermanence.
In order to view change,
You must be non-change.
In order to experience time,
You must be non-time.
Like the screen in a cinema,
Changeless,
Yet contains everything choicelessly.
If there is any boundaries in this visual field,
Pour awareness or space into those boundaries around you.
360 above and below,
In front,
Behind,
Left or right.
And you notice that you are now boundless,
Huge,
Spacious,
Non-dual awareness.
Automatically,
Wide awake,
Wide open.
Including all sense perceptions as you see fit,
Notice more.
Calm,
Peace,
Equanimity and a feeling that you can take on any challenge.
Accessing non-duality is the antidote for our stressed out,
Hyperactive,
Busy life.
It can still be all those things,
But experienced through non-duality,
Everything is easy and joy.
Allow.
Now check in with yourself.
If you could live and work from this ground,
This non-dual ground of being,
Would you?
Could you work from this ground of being?
Could you relate to others from this ground of being?
Could you solve more problems effortlessly from this ground of being?
Accessing non-duality does not need to be complicated,
Difficult.
Just remember to unhook awareness from thoughts and drop into the audio field.
The sound,
The hearer,
Hearing.
And open the aperture of non-duality to include everything else in your experience right now.
You are that.
As you bring the practice to a close,
Remember any gains from the practice,
Any improvements in state,
Any clarity,
Insights,
Wisdom.
As you go about your day and bring more of this non-dual experience into everyday life,
Turn on and off the cushion.

This is who you are.
