This guided meditation offers a calm and supportive space for moments of inner restlessness. It gently leads you back into the present moment and helps you reconnect with your body, your breath, and a sense of inner safety. Through a slow body awareness practice and soothing inner imagery, you are invited to soften tension, settle your nervous system, and arrive more fully in yourself. There is nothing to achieve here — only space to breathe, to feel, and to rest. This meditation is suitable for times of stress, emotional overload, or whenever you feel the need to ground yourself and return to a quiet inner center. You may listen to this meditation sitting or lying down. Allow yourself to be guided at your own pace.
