Welcome.

Today I will be guiding you into some of the deepest parts of your being.

Some of these parts you may be familiar with and other parts might be new,

Tender,

Sensitive.

So we're going to go nice and easy,

Gentle.

And we're going to be working with some of the most tender parts inside the inner children today.

So first find a very cozy position to claim as your own right now.

Maybe that's laying down on the floor,

Outside,

On your bed,

In a bath.

How surrendered can you become in this moment?

How much can you open to receive?

This meditation,

This visualization practice is designed to bring you into much greater coherence,

Awareness,

Love,

Connection,

Support,

Safety with all the parts of you as is available today in this now moment.

So there's really no agenda other than let's co-create some magic with the divine that is in you,

All around you.

So we're going to start with the breath,

Which is easily maybe the most simple yet divine thing about any present moment.

We don't know where the breath is coming from.

We don't know who or what is injecting us with aliveness,

Presence.

And breath is so that.

So let's take a few rounds of really deep breaths,

First emptying out all the stale air,

Letting go of anything else that has happened today,

Is on your mind or your heart.

Just let it all go,

Give it to the earth,

Put it down with a big exhale.

And like you're going to fill up like a giant balloon all the way from the ground herself,

Filling up every single molecule in your skin,

All the way into your organs and bloodstreams and plasma of your body.

Drink a really big sip in.

Filling all the way to the top,

Maybe even beyond your crown of your head,

A couple feet above you,

Below you,

Around you.

Keep filling,

Filling,

Filling.

And then you're going to release with sound.

One,

Two,

Three.

And if the body wants to kind of shake out a little bit,

Open up the hands,

The face.

Often there's been some stagnancy,

Some holding,

Some masking,

Some freezing.

This world is a tricky place,

Y'all.

So we're doing our best with what we got.

And this might be an invitation for you to just let it move before we settle down in again and go deep for you to receive whatever guidance is waiting for you.

So if you need a few more rounds of breath to just really let your body land where it is,

Feeling your hips,

Your spine,

The tippy top of your head,

All the way down through the bottoms of your feet and out of your palms,

A fully alive being.

Placing the mind in the hammock of the heart and staying there just for the next little bit.

And so feeling,

Feeling,

Letting the breath be the nourisher,

The excavator,

The motivator of the feeling.

So nothing happens without breath.

So breathing into that heart space,

You might want to tap tap on that heart.

You might notice already some resistance.

You might notice some excitement.

Just notice what you notice.

See what you see.

Feel what you feel.

And I want to encourage us to bring forward a little one that maybe is someone that you've worked with before,

Maybe someone that you've briefly seen in a memory or in some inner child work with a therapist or what have you.

This little one is someone that's not brand new to you necessarily,

But probably someone you've presently been noticing.

Maybe you've had a little bit of sadness.

They tend to lurk around by our shirt sleeves and pull on them and being like,

Hey,

Can I get your attention?

And so maybe there's been a part of you that hasn't known how to turn towards a certain challenging feeling.

This would be a really good time to do that.

So whatever's here,

Remembering that it's a beautiful,

Divine,

Innocent part of you that is truly doing the best that they can.

And they maybe have not received any empathy,

Any spaciousness to their behavior.

Maybe they've never been shown that it's actually really human to be that way,

To feel that way,

To respond that way.

It's actually really okay.

So we're going to attempt to meet them.

So whoever's here,

Can you see them as they appear?

This is in your heart space and the heart space is multidimensional.

There's limitless rooms to this space.

So we're just going to look at one of the rooms and we're just pulling forward a memory,

So to speak,

Of this little one.

And can you see what they're doing?

Are they riding a bike?

What are they wearing?

Are they outside?

Are they inside?

You might not recognize the space.

You might know exactly where it is.

Do your best to not spend too much time thinking and trying to get it perfect,

Or in a way,

And just letting whatever's shown be shown.

And if you don't really have a sense of what this is,

That's totally okay.

Do this to the best of your ability.

I personally believe that this is a natural,

Ornate,

Innate way that we as humans can really get to know ourselves is by utilizing our visualization.

But not all of us have this as a super alive part of our system,

And there's no judgment in that.

But we get to practice and it certainly makes the muscle stronger.

So the more that you can see yourself,

Whatever part you're wanting to focus on right now that's here today in this moment,

Let's really bring them alive.

See your hair.

Notice what you're wearing,

Like I said.

What is on your face?

How do you seem to feel right now if you're observing you?

What do you notice?

And how alive and vibrant and real can you make this memory?

It doesn't have to be necessarily a real memory,

But it's pulling from probably several or many memories.

And so see you,

Feel you,

Focus on you.

And we're going to go meet your highest self,

Your soul self,

Capital S self.

And we're going to invite in that self to come in through your crown.

It's probably already here,

Right?

But we want to invite in that to really take over and be emboldened in the system.

So now that we have the heart space activated,

Open,

Full of breath,

We want to let that little one be here as they are.

And you don't need to make yourself known to them and you also can.

You can like wave to them and you can also just observe them.

And so we're going to call in that higher self,

That highest self,

Which is at the very,

Very top of your energetic field normally.

And that's way above your ceiling and way high above you,

Vertically above you,

Wherever you are right now.

And so if you can,

With your mind's eye,

With your sensation,

Go all the way up into your entire auric field.

Go up,

Up,

Up,

Directly vertical above you,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Way higher than you think is possible until you're going to feel almost like a sensation of like clicking in,

Like a boundary,

Like we've hit a ceiling,

So to speak.

And you're going to feel maybe more of you there,

Like a more vibrant you than before.

Again,

If this doesn't resonate,

Doesn't feel true,

Let it go and come right back to your breath and we can keep going.

So assuming that you feel that,

Oh yeah,

That's it.

I'm feeling like a click into something.

And again,

The more you practice this,

The more vibrant of an experience this will become.

And we allow this energy of this higher being,

This higher self,

The soul self,

To really come into the system.

It flies down through your whole field,

Coming into your crown,

And it becomes like this little shrunken down version of you,

Kind of like a Thumbelina,

This little tiny version.

And we're going to watch that version hang out in your third eye,

Which is like the attic of your mind.

And we're going to let that little baby version of you,

Even though it's a very wise ancient version of you,

Swirl around a couple of times in this beautiful spiral staircase.

And the spiral staircase is going to take this beautiful being.

We're going to bring that being into the heart,

Right where the little ones are.

We're going to co-create something here together with you,

Your higher self,

God,

Source,

However you want to consider that,

And your little ones inside,

Which I also happen to believe is your nervous system.

So we're doing a lot of things here.

Stay with me.

We're having a little Thumbelina you in your mind's eye.

You've clicked in.

That little you is going to take a rainbow staircase,

And it's going to be like Studio 54,

Those of you that understand disco,

And every single step that you step on,

They're going to light up.

Oh my gosh.

So you're going to take one step,

And it's going to become red.

Red,

Glows red.

Can you see it?

Can you feel it?

And the next step you take,

Because this is you,

So you can probably feel this too.

And yeah,

We do have the little one cooking also in the heart.

There's a couple things happening.

So little you takes a step down again and into orange,

Then in yellow,

Then in green,

Then in blue.

See it as a big giant black room,

Or maybe it's a big giant white room,

And it just goes and goes and goes,

And anything is possible in this space.

You can just feel it.

It's like a sound studio of your dreams.

You can make anything.

And today we're gonna make you a home that's yours,

That has nothing to do with your childhood.

It has nothing to do with what happened yesterday or today.

It's actually just yours right here,

Right now.

And this home is like a safe space.

It's like a sanctuary.

It's a place you can go visit.

It might be a space you already do go visit,

That we might pull from.

So really feel into your heart of hearts if there is like your fate place on the planet.

Maybe you haven't even ever been there.

You just know that Fiji is what's up,

And whatever that place is.

It could be your grandmother's rose garden.

It could be the,

Could be playing Candyland with your brothers and sisters.

It could be on a beach in Hawaii.

It could be anywhere.

For right now,

Because this can change,

Where is your safe space?

And it might just be,

I don't know,

I just know it's in the redwoods.

It could be whatever it is.

So let's choose a plot of land.

Let's simply allow the imagination to start painting this alive.

You have a plot of land.

Now this land could be huge,

And you being the highest self,

You can see from all different directions.

You're like a drone hovercraft.

You can go see this from any direction you want.

You can zoom in and get really specific,

And you can zoom out and get really wide and really notice the whole land.

So let's stay zoomed out for a moment and just see how big this piece of property is.

Maybe it's not that big.

Maybe you don't need a lot right now,

And that could change.

But maybe you're also like,

No,

I want like 25,

000 acres.

Cool.

See it.

Where are you?

And maybe as you start to zoom in on that land,

Noticing where you want your house,

Maybe it's on the edge of a cliff,

Maybe it's a tree house,

Maybe it's buried under the land like a little hobbit home.

There's so many options.

Feel into just what feels good.

Trust yourself.

Go with what works.

Go with what feels.

Yeah,

I don't even know what that's going to lead me to,

But sure,

That's what it is right now.

Great.

And once you've chosen,

Let's acknowledge that there's going to be some place around the house,

Whether it's on the edge of the land or in some way that some workers,

Some friends,

Some neighbors are going to walk by your actual house.

Sometimes they're going to.

They're going walk by.

There's got to be like a path or something that's going to mean that someone can come up to your space,

Can approach your space.

See that for what it is,

And then also see the boundary that appears.

Is there a fence?

Is there some bushes?

Are there just a line of trees?

Are there big walls?

Noticing without judgment,

Without story,

We're just observing.

We're letting our psyche,

All these different parts of us,

Paint with source.

We're co-creating here.

So you'll give a little bit and source will fill in the rest.

Source a little off a little bit,

You'll fill in the rest.

And throughout this,

You'll practice this and you'll notice this becomes more and more true for your waking life as well.

So as you're noticing where these boundaries are,

See if you can zoom out and see the overall thing.

You don't have to know what everything is yet.

And we're going to zoom into like what would be the front of the house,

Okay?

So where people might walk by or might see you or have a chance to greet you in the morning.

That's where we are.

So in that front yard area,

We could call that loosely depending on how creative you're getting,

But that front yard area,

What do you see?

What elements are there?

Do you notice the light?

The quality of the light?

Do you notice the colors?

Do you notice the vast spectrum of colors?

Staying with your breath.

Is there maybe a water feature?

Is there a garden maybe?

Or is there really not much there?

We're not looking for anything in particular.

It's truly what you would like to paint with source today.

So as we approach the house,

As this front area of the property gets filled in with your fantastical wisdom,

We start approaching what we would call like the front porch or front area.

And I want to encourage you to have a space that is a place that's before you enter the house that's a safe place for others to come meet you.

Maybe for a cup of tea or a casual conversation or to drop something off.

So notice if there's a front area.

It could be a porch.

It could be almost like an outdoor living room.

You could have like a fan and cool lights and candles.

How exciting can you make this?

If this is feeling like a chore,

It's because we're not really feeding our imagination.

We're not letting our imagination take us on a ride.

What actually turns you on?

What would you actually want in front of your home?

So just keep coming back to that beautiful breath,

Trusting whatever you're receiving.

And as you look at the quality of cloth on the furniture,

Notice what it's made out of.

Maybe there's no cloth.

Notice the colors that you're choosing consciously or unconsciously that are getting filled in for you.

Notice.

And if at any point I'm moving on too quickly,

Feel free to pause this and come back.

If you need more time to stay with that front part of your home and property,

Stay there.

This is your home.

This is your time.

And we're cultivating a rich space for these inner children to feel at home in.

So it's yours.

It's not about anyone else's idea of what is comfortable,

Cool.

It's allowing yourself the freedom to really get curious about what do you like?

What do you want?

And in your highest excitement,

What is possible?

So once you have the front area complete,

You go to the front door and notice what the front door is made out of.

What material is this?

Again,

Without judgment or assessment,

We're just observing and allowing.

Notice what the door handle is like,

What shape it is.

Notice.

And again,

If we were to do this 18 more times today,

You would get probably some different answers.

So you're allowed to be many things at one time.

You're allowed to let this change.

It's not just this is who I am.

This is just a representation right now.

So be easy and be specific at the same time.

And once you feel like you have that door,

You can walk on in and you walk in and you walk into the most beautiful,

Great room.

It's quite the entrance.

What do you see?

What do you notice?

Again,

Focusing on the quality of light,

The colors,

The temperature.

Notice whatever's here.

And I will share that there is a big staircase right in front of you that can be off to the side,

That can be in the center.

However you see it is perfect.

But noticing what does this first room feel like?

What is the floor made out of?

And dare I say this could be fun because you might be like,

I don't like the wood that dark of a color.

Let's make it lighter.

And you get to see what happens.

And as you fill in this room and it speaks back to you,

You let your eyes drift over to the left side where there is a room.

There seems to be a very large,

Great room,

Like a living room,

A place where there's gathering.

And however you want to hold this space,

Imagine it as like you want the comfiest,

Coziest,

Cuddle puddle place that also can hold a lot of different ages of people,

A lot of different energies.

So think about colors.

You might automatically see it as like all white with like a sunken in area that's just pillows.

You might see it,

Is there a fireplace?

What are the windows like?

Is there a chandelier?

Filling in the space as you would in your highest excitement love to have this space that's just for you and those that you're closest to,

To spend some deep quality time where everyone can see everyone.

That's why I like the idea of a circle,

But it can be whatever,

Whatever feels true for you.

Maybe in your room there's games.

We like play.

Again,

We're making a home for all of the inner children to exist in,

So there could be a whole room in the back that's devoted to trampolines or video games or music production or meditation.

This is your home,

So this space is just the gathering space.

Again,

How does it feel?

What are the different textures?

As if you're there.

And as you feel complete with that,

You can also pause me and stay with that.

You're going to come back to the main entryway.

There's hallways that lead across the hall into a room onto the right and there's also one that leads behind the staircase that is also more house.

We're not going to tend to those today,

Although those are areas you can come back to and visit this place later on and fill those in.

For now,

We're going to go up the stairs.

So see the stairs.

Feel them.

You as this higher being,

As this higher self,

You're not scared of any of this.

You're in total delight of like,

What is this space that is totally from my own loins?

It's so deeply connected to me.

It's a part of me.

Do you notice there's like a red carpet?

Is it dense?

Is there no carpet?

Is it like kind of slippery?

Is there a varnish?

Is there tile?

What do you notice?

Marble.

And you're going to climb up those stairs and it looks like there's at least three three floors here.

Wow.

You're going to climb all the way up to the first landing.

And when you get to the landing,

Noticing what's on the walls,

Noticing the colors of everything,

Where the light's coming from,

Make it real.

We're co-creating something that hopefully gets to be a ally and asset and a tool for you to return to again and again and again.

So how can we hold this casually,

But with some level and layer of depth and care?

Staying with the breath again,

We land on that first floor and you see a giant beautiful hallway.

This hallway is wide and it seems to go for quite a while.

And as you start to walk down this hallway,

You start to notice that on each door there's like a semblance of you at different ages.

So you see one door that has like the ABC wheel with Elmo.

You see like another one that has like chorus music coming out of it or choir music coming out of it and you're practicing somewhere.

You walk down and you see another one and it's definitely from your teenage years and there's maybe some posters of different bands that you like listening to with maybe like a keep out sign.

And you just keep walking and you keep noticing and behind these doors you're hearing memories,

Fragments of self,

Parts of who you are.

You're feeling and all these different orientations that you've held throughout your life.

Some of whom have felt so safe and nurtured and excited and so ready to like do life.

They're like,

Oh I love being outside with the animals or whatever it is.

They're like so with it.

And other times you probably are hitting different ages,

Different doors where you can just feel the energy kind of drop.

You can feel like,

Wow I remember spending so much time alone.

Or like I didn't know how to make friends.

Those were the years I just colored a lot.

And we're going all the way up until now so you might have some ages where like you know that one's in there maybe doing some drugs and doing some things we wish she hadn't done.

He hadn't done.

And those are here too.

And can we maybe make room as we take big deep breaths because most likely a lot of us have not accepted all of us.

We widen our physical body,

Our energetic body to receive more of us back in.

To actually widen to receive.

To open the palm rather than constrict.

Beautiful.

And just notice what's coming up as you walk down this hallway darling.

And when you feel complete with that,

That you've made note of definitely the most vibrant ages that are here.

You might not get every age.

Every door might not be brimming with aliveness.

And also for some of you that might be the case.

They might be here being like yeah we're all here.

And there's no right or wrong to this.

This is us beginning to work with the nervous system and the inner children in a much more tangible real way.

And so we're going to go back up to the original staircase and we're going to go up one more flight of stairs as soon as you're ready.

And again if you need to pause and take your time please do that.

This is for you.

And so we're going to climb up those stairs again feeling with our sensations again.

What do you notice?

What is the temperature?

What is the light?

What are the colors?

Maybe they've changed.

And we go all the way up to that last floor and you as the higher being that you are the soul self you know that this floor is actually your floor.

That this is actually you made this just for you.

And I mean the real you,

The true you,

The big you.

Which means whatever you see as soon as you step off this last step and you take space on this landing is like your dream floor of an experience for you to have.

Like beyond a master suite.

Imagine a floor.

So there could be multiple rooms,

The whole thing could exist behind a waterfall.

This gets to be your ultimate dream.

It doesn't have to make sense.

What do you want to see?

Are you walking on one of those epoxy floors over rivers?

Like what are you what are you walking on right now?

On rocks?

Is the whole thing outside?

Go there.

And so start exploring.

You walk in and you see a big room,

Okay?

What are the colors?

Don't worry about styles matching.

Notice.

Do you see a bed?

Maybe,

Maybe not.

What is it made out of?

What is it overlooking?

And you might notice because sometimes this happens that especially if we're revisiting this space you might notice that there's like pizza boxes or like clothes everywhere.

You might be like who's been living here?

And oftentimes all that means is that our highest self maybe hasn't been as present.

Hasn't been as much of the leader as we would hope to be.

So it's just a nice little check-in to be like okay right if I'm not letting my 18 year old run the show and I want to run the show,

How do I want to clean this right now?

And this can be done purely through intention.

You're very powerful.

So what do you want this to look like,

Feel like?

You get a reset.

Notice the bathroom.

What colors are things?

Are there plants?

Are there terraces?

And of course you can be pulling from beautiful vacations or pictures or Pinterest.

But just let whatever's here be here.

Trust it.

It's you,

At least today.

Staying with your breath.

And maybe you have a back room that's like just for dancing.

And fluff that out too.

Give it some color.

Give it some life.

What else is there?

Is there like a rock and zone system?

Is there a back door where like all your friends can come?

Can the whole ceiling roll off?

Yeah and maybe in the backyard you notice that you have all of the toys you could ever want.

Oh my gosh.

You have a whole MMA gym.

You can just go do whatever you want.

Notice.

Maybe there's a little tea station,

Coffee station.

What would feel really nourishing?

Maybe there's like a the equivalent of a dumbwaiter and you could just order whatever you want and it would just appear.

What makes you excited?

Your space.

Your sacred,

Sacred space to recharge,

To feel so safe.

Again noticing the elements that are present,

The colors that are present,

The temperatures that are present.

And once you feel like you have this floor pretty well mapped out and you feel like this is really,

Really cool.

I'm really into it.

You might want to pause me to keep going.

And if you would like to continue,

Stay with.

We're going to go all the way back down all those stairs.

So we're going to go all the way back down into the gathering space.

So don't bypass the stairs.

Really watch yourself hold the railing or not or take two stairs at a time or whatever your way is and make your way down the stairs.

Notice that creek again on stair five.

This is real.

Real as you want it to be.

And our imagination,

My friends,

Is one of our biggest tools.

Deepest connections.

So we're practicing here too today.

Thank you for staying.

Staying with your breath.

And you make your way all the way back down to this gathering room and notice how you're feeling right now.

Just notice.

And I want you to find something that's in this room.

Probably shouldn't be too hard to find,

But some sort of like bell or drum or maybe you just clap or maybe you yell and you're like,

Hey,

This should be fun.

Okay.

This should not be any bit harsh.

We want to be inviting and we just want to invite super casually,

But also with,

You know,

Some energy.

We want to invite all the littles that are available to come down.

We'd love to meet them.

We'd love to be with them.

Don't we want to see them?

They're in those rooms having a good time.

A lot of them were.

And even if they weren't having a good time,

Maybe we could offer them something that maybe would make their time better.

So let's calm on down.

However you want to do that.

Bang a drum,

Light a candle,

Sing your favorite song,

Whistle a tune.

What would feel good?

And you might be so,

You might laugh hard at this.

When I first saw myself do this,

My higher self literally took a spatula and a pan and started banging it.

And I thought this was the most obnoxious and hilarious thing I'd ever seen.

And so be okay with whatever's there.

Just allow it to be here.

It's just this moment and it will probably change.

And again,

That higher self knows exactly how to greet these beings.

So as they come running or much to their chagrin,

Tromping down the stairs,

They're like,

I don't even want to do this.

I hate all this.

Let them,

Let them be exactly as they are.

They're representing the full spectrum of our humanity and the full spectrum of everything that you've been asked to feel in this life,

Which has been a lot.

So notice who's coming,

Who's coming on down.

And maybe you want to invite them to take a seat.

Maybe there's some couches,

Maybe there's some cushions,

Whatever it is,

You invite them to take up some space and notice them.

Really take the time in the way that we were not often given.

Take the time to really see them.

And maybe two have come down and maybe 14 are there.

Let whoever,

However they appear be perfect and see their hair and see their eyes.

Notice if they can't look at you.

Notice what they're doing with their hands.

Be with them,

Be with them because they are parts of you.

So you can start to not just observe them or analyze them.

That's not what we're doing.

We're really attempting to notice with great care.

There's no agenda other than to be with them,

To understand more of where they're coming from.

And maybe you just ask them how they're doing.

And if anybody has anything to say to you,

To share with you,

Just observe.

Staying with your breath.

You might notice this gets tough,

Challenging.

Stay as long as you can.

Open a little bit more.

What do they have to say?

And they might not have actual words.

They might be more of a vibe.

They might be a united front and there might be two of them that feel one way and the other five feel another way.

Notice.

A good way to play with this,

To engage with them,

Is try to bring them in close because most of these beings have been locked away in their rooms without knowing that you were even there wanting,

Desiring to bring them home.

So they might not know that yet and you might need to kneel down in front of them and look them in the eye and say,

Hey,

Hey,

I'm here.

I didn't even know that you were up there.

I didn't even know you were doing that.

I'm so sorry.

They might need you to actually say,

I'm sorry.

And that might come organically right now and it might not.

You not need to rush or pressure yourself to do anything.

But you might find that this is an opportunity to create some connection.

And that's the point.

To be with.

So it might be a really sincere eye gaze.

It might be a hand hold and a squeeze.

It might be you just opening up your arms as an invitation for any of them to come running in.

We're just starting to build trust here.

And you can get really curious with one and if you notice one's really pissed or sad or far away or whatever and you want to get curious,

You can always go sit down next to that one or pull them aside and say,

Hey,

I really am here and I know it might take you some time.

I understand,

But I want you to know that I am here for you,

With you.

And if it feels at all true for you,

Highest self,

Being that you are,

To actually make some sort of a commitment to them.

To say,

You know what,

Now that I know that we have this home,

Now that we have this land together,

This meeting place of safety,

I want to come visit you.

I want to actually really start re-establishing our relationships.

I can really see how much this is needed,

If that's true for you.

But these are real relationships,

These are real beings that often have not known that you're there to actually hold them and be with them.

They don't actually know that and you haven't known that with them either,

So there is a homecoming.

There is a reclamation.

And often when we've been mistreated or we don't feel like we can trust someone,

We need consistency to build that trust.

We need to have follow-through.

We need to have opportunity for someone to show up or not show up.

And then when we see them show up,

We get to go,

Oh right,

Okay,

I can trust this person.

And that's how we build trust and heal over time.

So what do you want to say as a commitment to these angels?

To these parts?

To these challenges?

Then it might feel good to place a hand on your heart or on your belly and stay with your breath and really offer your heart to yourself,

As if you could speak to all the years where you were dismissed,

Belittled,

Not known,

Not seen,

And you could bring them in.

How genuinely and sincerely would you be speaking?

And when you feel like you've communicated well to them,

Offering any of them like a noogie,

A hug,

A high-five,

Whatever they're willing to give you,

Because this is all about re-establishing connection.

And then we build towards safety,

Towards integrity,

Integration.

So if there's a way that you wish to,

Again,

High-five,

Bow,

Signal to them,

I'm here,

I love you,

After you've completed,

If you need to pause me,

As we've noted,

You can.

But when you're ready to move on,

You're going to send them either to the back of the house where they have a bunch of cool stuff that you know they love playing with,

Or you're going to send them outside to go jump in the pool or the ocean or whatever they have,

And they all get to run off and do whatever they need to do,

Because now we've created a heart temple,

A space where you all can gather and be together.

That is a rooted,

Known zone of coherence for you and all your littles and you leading in your highest light.

And so let this become a practice.

It does not need to be with me or through the fullness of all of these steps,

Obviously.

Once these things are developed,

You can walk yourself into your home,

Down the spiral staircase into your home,

In the gathering space,

Call everybody in and have kind of town hall meetings.

Get a sense of really where we're at and in time,

Especially with working with someone who knows how to guide this well,

Helping create more systems,

More structures of ways you can tend to their big emotions,

That maybe we haven't had a lot of guidance on how to do that in a healthy and consistent way.

So we get to create that consistency for ourselves.

And this is just one way.

So when you're ready,

You as the highest being are going to let everyone fly fly,

And you're going to exit the way you came out through the beautiful door,

Saying thank you to this home.

Thank you to this heart temple.

Thank you to the littles.

Thank you for the opportunity of reconnection.

Thank you.

Thank you,

Source.

Thank you,

God.

Thank you,

Life.

And staying with your breath,

You're going to continue to walk out the front area of this property out,

And you're going to notice that there's these different filter systems as you're leaving of people when they come and they want to come into your home.

Maybe they don't come in all the way to your home.

Maybe they get to come and hang out in the front yard or that front porch area.

Maybe because we're aware that there's such preciousness inside this house,

That we get a little more discerning with who gets to actually come all the way in with this sensitivity.

This tenderness.

Maybe there's a different standard that's born once we can really see and feel that there's many ways we can stay close and connected to people without necessarily letting them into our whole home.

Something to consider.

So as we exit this property,

This gate,

We find ourselves now in the third eye.

We're all going shrink all the way down into a little Thumbelina,

And that little self is going to come all the way back up your throat,

All the way back up in your mind,

And it's going to fill into the rest of your being.

So we're going to go back up through the spiral staircase.

We're going to step on the glowing steps and really see this fully complete.

I'm with you.

Stay with your breath.

We have purple.

It glows.

Blue.

It glows.

Green glows.

Yellow glows.

Orange glows.

And we go again around each step.

Purple.

Blue step.

And with a big deep breath,

Drinking in all of the wisdom from that higher being that we've been hanging out with now for a moment,

And letting him or her just shimmy on through the whole body like radiant light.

You might want to shake out your shoulders a little bit.

Open up your palms a little bit.

Gently taking your time to start fluttering open the eyes,

But I want to encourage you to take your time coming back.

The lot was just opened.

A lot of cargo may have shifted during the flight,

So land for a moment.

Feel how you feel.

See what you see.

Hear what you hear.

And if there's a way you'd like to close this meditation for yourself,

Maybe today feels like you got to meet a whole new part of yourself.

Maybe it'd feel good to wrap your arms around yourself,

Or bow,

Or have a moment of closeness.

Maybe there's even the sensation of some healthy pride,

Like yeah I stayed and I did it and I connected.
