Hello and welcome.

Welcome to this affirmation meditation for self-worth and inner confidence.

In this meditation,

We are going to work through some powerful affirmations that are going to help build our self-worth.

They are going to build our inner confidence so we can go throughout the day attracting in all the things that we desire.

This is going to be your time to arrive fully into yourself.

So find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow deep breath in through the nose and let it all out with a sigh.

Again,

Breathing in through the nose and letting it all out with a sigh.

And we're going to begin by calming our nervous system.

When our nervous system is calm,

We create a safe environment within.

And when we have a safe environment within,

We are able to absorb these affirmations.

We're able to allow them to really sink in and to recalibrate our energy field and reprogram our subconscious mind.

And a simple way to recalibrate and calm the nervous system is to do a 4-6 breath.

So we will inhale slowly for a count of four,

Hold very gently at the top,

And then we will exhale for a count of six.

The longer out breath tells your body that it's safe and this allows the mind and the heart to soften and to settle.

So let's take three rounds of this beautiful breath together.

Breathing in one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Pausing and releasing one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four.

Pause.

Breathing out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Once more.

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four.

Pause.

Breathing out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Now just take a moment to scan your body,

Allowing the breath to return to its normal pace.

Just notice how your system has began to shift.

Sense the nervous system calming,

Allowing yourself to hear inner truths more clearly.

Confidence arises from being grounded in the present moment.

You don't need to push or prove anything.

It's that steadiness and the ease within our own skin that brings that confidence,

That beautiful inner confidence.

Now gently bring your awareness through your body.

Allow the forehead to soften,

The jaw to soften.

Notice your shoulders.

Invite any stress to leave.

Just let go ever so slightly where you can.

Pay attention to the chest,

Rising and falling with each breath.

Notice your belly.

Notice any tension.

We can hold so much tension in this area.

If you sense any tightness,

Any niggles,

Simply allow them to release.

Breathe into them gently.

Let everything go.

Taking your attention down into the hips,

Allowing the hips to soften,

To become heavy.

Down into the legs,

Into the knees,

Into the ankles,

And finally down into the feet.

Just letting everything go.

This is you arriving,

Being fully present and fully here.

And from this grounded state,

Repeat these affirmations silently within.

I belong in every space I choose to step into.

My presence makes a difference,

Even in silence.

I release the need to shrink myself to make others comfortable.

My worth is not measured by doing.

It is felt in my being.

I trust my rhythm,

My timing,

My pace.

My voice carries clarity and truth.

I meet myself with kindness,

And the world reflects that back to me.

I have nothing to prove.

I am already whole.

Confidence is not about being louder.

It's about being steady.

I honor my boundaries as acts of deep self-respect.

I radiate a quiet strength that cannot be shaken.

I walk through life with ease,

Rooted in who I am.

My inner knowing guides me,

And I trust it fully.

I release comparison.

No one else has my exact light.

Every cell in my body remembers that I am enough.

Every cell in my body remembers that I am enough.

Every cell in my body remembers that I am enough.

Take your time here.

Let these words really sink into your body,

As if your whole body is listening.

Absorb it all.

Stay here for a few more breaths,

Allowing all these truths to weave into your energy field.

And when you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back into this room.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Allow the eyes to softly open,

And carry this feeling of grounded confidence with you.

Because it is yours to return to anytime that you need.
