Abundance is not something you must chase—it is something you can gently allow in. This meditation will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, helping you soften, open, and receive the limitless support that already exists around you. Through breath and stillness, you will be invited to release tension, quiet the mind, and welcome ease and flow. With each inhale, you will invite abundance in, and with each exhale, you will create more space for abundance to come alive.

Hello beautiful soul,

And welcome to this guided meditation that will help open you up to the abundance that is all around you.

Being abundant is not about having more,

Or doing more,

And it's not about trying or working harder.

Instead,

Abundance is a state of being.

It is a state of allowing what is already here to flow more freely into your life.

Much like a faucet,

The water is already there,

But how much water passes through it is up to you.

Naturally,

When life's challenges seem to drain so much out of us,

It's easy to forget that we always have the power to open up that tap and let the magic,

Joy,

And light of this abundant universe pour back in.

So let's connect back to this abundance now.

I'm so glad you're here,

Dear one.

Get yourself comfortable,

Either seated or lying down,

Perhaps with some pillows or blankets or anything you need to support you,

And just let your hands rest gently in your lap or at your sides,

Palms facing up.

And then whenever you're ready,

Gently allow your eyes to close.

And become aware of your breathing.

Notice your inhale.

Notice your exhale.

Notice the air moving in through your nose.

And notice the air moving back out through your nose.

And let your shoulders drop.

Let your body relax more and more as you continue breathing.

Breathing in more deeply.

Exhaling more slowly.

And as you continue to pay attention to the air moving in through your nose,

And as you continue to pay attention to the air moving out through your nose,

Or perhaps through your mouth,

Go with whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Check in with yourself,

And just go with whatever feels right for you.

There is no right way to breathe.

There is only just breathing.

As you continue to feel more and more connected to your breath,

On both the inhale and the exhale,

Feeling a sense of comfort,

Support,

And a sense of familiarity and closeness with this breath.

And just allow yourself to continue to relax as you feel more and more supported,

And held,

And nourished,

And loved by this life force inside you.

And as you do that,

Letting your body relax even more,

And just ask your body if there are any areas of tension it would like to make you aware of.

And then ask your body what it needs for those areas.

Perhaps a stretching of the neck,

Or a rolling back of the shoulders,

Or a gentle twist of the spine,

Or a yawn,

Or a stretch.

Listen to what your body is asking for,

And gently offer whatever it needs.

And whatever movement you may have needed and given yourself.

Now just asking,

As your body asked you.

Ask your body for any tension,

Any stuckness,

To just fall away.

There is no need to do anything,

But just ask.

And then let your body answer by releasing anything it has been holding,

And letting go.

Whether it's in your jaw,

Or your shoulders,

Or your elbows,

Your chest,

Your hips,

Knees,

Bottoms of your feet.

Wherever it is,

Ask those places to soften even more,

And have them answer your request with a tender release.

And fall even more into this feeling of softness,

Of melting,

Of letting go,

Of holding onto nothing but this beautiful feeling and sensation of absolute surrender.

Now,

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

Inhaling again through your nose,

And out through your nose or maybe your mouth,

Now that your jaw is so relaxed.

Again,

Just go with wherever feels best for you.

And on your next inhale,

Feel the abundance of air as it enters your nose.

And on that exhale,

Feel the abundance of softness as you release.

Inviting in that abundance of air,

And letting go,

Opening yourself to the abundance of softness,

The abundance of relaxation.

And as you inhale,

Notice how delicious that inhale feels.

That you just didn't notice before.

And as you exhale,

Notice how delightful that softening feels,

That you maybe just didn't notice before.

The air was always there.

You simply didn't notice.

The relaxation was always available to you.

You simply didn't ask for it.

So now,

From this empowered place of noticing on your next breath,

Invite in even more abundance that you simply may not have noticed.

And open up on the exhale,

Letting even more abundance circulate that you simply may not have made space for.

What else is there?

Let it in.

What else is already here?

Open up.

Make space for it.

Inhale,

Let it in.

Exhale,

Open up.

Feeling a deeper connection now to your body,

To the space around you,

To the room you're in,

To the place you're in,

To the environment that surrounds you.

Let the abundance just fall in as you inhale,

And let it take up more space as you exhale.

It was always there.

It's always here.

You just need the rest.

A reminder to notice,

And let it in.

So what else is already here?

With your soft body,

With your clear and open mind,

Just ask,

What else?

No need to identify any one thing in particular,

Just let in the energy of abundance itself.

And taking some final moments here to be with this feeling of abundance.

To be one with this feeling of abundance.

To just be the energy of abundance itself.

Breathe it.

Notice it.

Allow it.

Be it.

And then whenever you're ready,

Whenever it feels most right for you,

And if that's not quite yet,

Just press pause and take the time you need.

And then come back to the room,

Back to the space around you,

And gently open your eyes.

I hope this meditation helped you tap into the feeling of abundance all around you,

And the feeling of abundance within you.

Perhaps instead of worrying about having it,

You can move through the rest of the day relaxing into the knowing that it's already here.

And you already have it.

Because you already are it.

Thank you so much for listening,

Dear one.

Have a beautiful day.
