Hi and a warm welcome to this talk.
I would call it flexibility flowing with life.
My name is Nick,
I am a coach for meditation and relaxation.
And for you it's nothing to do today.
Just listen my voice and listen this talk and for you it's time to relax.
Take a seat or lay down.
Find a cozy space to relax.
Maybe you stop this audio because you would like to take a good cup of tea or a glass of water.
And if you're ready then push play again.
And then please take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out let go.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your forehead soften.
And then feel yourself arriving here.
Here in this very moment.
Flexibility.
A word that sounds like movement.
Like softness,
Openness.
And yet it means so much more than that.
Flexibility begins in the body.
In gentle stretching.
In the conscious release of tension.
In the willingness to create space.
Space for movement,
For change,
For whatever wishes to unfold.
As you breathe feel your body expanding.
With every inhale new energy flows in.
With every exhale you become a little freer.
But be aware.
Flexibility is not only physical.
It is also a state of mind.
It is an inner readiness to see things differently.
To think anew.
To allow life to unfold even when it doesn't follow your plans.
Sometimes paths continue in ways we never imagined.
A goal we once had in sight moves further away.
An expectation is not fulfilled.
And we may feel disappointment,
Resistance or pain.
Yet it is in these very moments that true flexibility reveals itself not in perfection but in trust.
Flexibility doesn't mean giving up.
It means sensing when it is time to hold on.
And when it is time to let go.
When the path you threw you had to walk no longer carries you.
And a new unknown way begins to call.
That means flexibility.
Just as the body stretches when you give it space.
The mind expands when you allow it to.
Thoughts may move.
Feelings may flow.
Goals may change.
Perhaps the goal was never the true purpose.
But the experience along the way.
Perhaps life is showing you how much strength lies in your adaptability.
When you're aware a tree in the wind,
You see how it bends.
How it moves with the flow.
And yet remains deeply rooted.
It doesn't resist.
It trusts the rhythm of the nature.
That is how it endures.
That is how it stays alive.
And so may you.
You may bend without breaking.
You may go with the flow without losing yourself.
You may change without giving up who you are.
Feel into your body once more.
Maybe there's a place that is still in holding on,
Still tense.
Then breathe into that space.
And with every exhale,
Allow a little more softness.
A little more space.
A little more trust.
A little more flexibility.
Remember,
Flexibility is not weakness.
It is the art of staying true to yourself even as life changes.
Sometimes it is gentle.
Sometimes powerful.
Sometimes quiet.
But it always guides you to that place of harmony with yourself,
With your body,
With life.
And now return.
Return in the reality in your room.
And breathe deeply in.
Feel how waste you are.
And breathe out and let yourself be carried by the knowing that you can always find yourself anew.
And please thank yourself for taking you this time today this moment.
Only a moment for you.
For your healing and for yourself.
And then please give yourself a big smile.
