This is a short guided affirmation practice. The meditation begins by inviting the listener to make the practice their own. Then the listener is introduced to a series of affirmations about self-acceptance and personal growth. They encompass self-awareness and acceptance; personal growth; and compassion and kindness. Essentially this meditation encourages listeners to embrace their authentic selves, learn from experiences, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and well-being.
