Blessings love.

My name is Cherish Peace Walker.

Thank you for joining me on this birthing meditation journey to reaching your inner child.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position whether lying down or seated.

Noticing your feet or sits bones grounding in to the sacred mother earth.

Feel her beneath you,

Holding you here,

Bringing nourishment,

Safety and protection to your body.

Keep breathing as you allow this grounding cord to go deeper and deeper into the sacred mother earth.

Every inhale taking you deeper.

Every exhale bringing you more peace and calm.

And as you continue to breathe,

Now opening up your crown chakra to the great spirit father sky.

Loving divine energy and allow this beautiful white light to come into your head,

Entering crown in your entire body.

Allowing higher self to be activated in this moment.

Keep breathing as you expand this loving energy through your body.

Like an ocean wave moving through every part of you.

Allowing you to be fully present and aware of how you feel.

And on this next breath,

Expanding your auric energy out seven feet around you,

Creating a safe bubble for your journey.

Breathing deeper now,

Calling in your angels,

Guides,

Ancestors of love and light to come in and support you as you move into this birthing process.

This journey to the unknown.

Noticing how you feel in the space right here,

Right now.

Is there anything that your body needs or your mind needs to completely let go?

Give yourself that right now.

And as you continue to focus on the inhale through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth.

Let's go ahead and take a few steps into the unknown.

Walking with your angels and guides at your side.

As you continue to take this walk,

You notice a young child in the distance.

Keep walking towards them.

As you get closer,

You notice that this is your younger self.

Go ahead and take their hands and continue the walk into their favorite place of comfort and peace.

Allow them to guide you as you move deeper and deeper into this space of peace,

Comforts and ease.

As you're walking,

Just take a moment to notice her.

Look at her.

What is she wearing?

What is their demeanor?

What is their energy like?

Are they happy?

Sad?

Excited?

Shy?

Be the observer.

And as you continue to take this walk,

Just notice where they're taking you.

Is it into a rainforest?

Is it into the sea?

Continue just to allow the surroundings to unfold through the vision of your younger self.

As you continue to walk,

She releases your hands and begins to play.

Continue to watch and notice how they navigate and move.

What are they doing?

What brings them joy?

How does it feel to watch this little person do exactly what brings them joy?

Are there other kids surrounding and playing?

Or are they all alone enjoying the company of themselves?

What do they really love to do?

Take a few more moments to continue watching them play.

After a while,

They run up to you asking if you would like to join them.

Check in with yourself and see how you feel.

Is it a yes or a no?

If it's a yes,

Take their hand and have a beautiful time.

Splashing around,

Jumping around,

Enjoying the freedom of being with this younger self.

If it's a no,

Gently say no and continue continue to observe.

After so much fun and laughter,

They're exhausted and ready to sit down and have a little snack.

As you sit with them,

Ask if it's okay to have a conversation.

Listen for a yes or a no.

If it's a yes,

Ask if there's anything holding them back from feeling safe.

If it's a no,

Sit in silence with them and just observe.

Listening for the internal answer,

Is there anything holding them back from feeling safe?

Listen to their story,

Whether spoken or not.

After a few moments of listening go by,

Ask how you can be that safe space for them.

Listen for the answer.

What do they need to feel more comfortable?

If they're still shy or quiet,

Just notice any gestures or movements they may be making to let you know what they need to feel safe or comfortable.

If this young one is still quiet,

Ask is there anything that has stopped them from being in their fullest expression of themself?

You may notice that this time they respond or they still may be quiet.

Just listen and notice.

Continue to breathe here.

Once the conversation comes to a close,

Offer her anything she needs to make it better.

You will intuitively know.

Listen with your heart.

Notice how they receive this offering.

How does that make you both feel?

Continue to breathe together fully deeply,

Allowing this to penetrate into your nervous system,

Into your muscle memories,

Into the somatic field of your being.

Thank her with an offering or words for opening up and allowing you to sit with them.

Notice how they respond.

Once the offering or exchange is finished,

Take their hands and walk back into your heart.

Give them a safe place to rest.

Let them know they're safe here.

Placing your hand on your heart,

Feeling her inside of there.

Deep breath as you walk the rest of the way back with your angels,

Guides,

And ancestors.

Thank them for assisting you back into your body.

You are safe here.
