In this meditation practice,

You will transcend codependent patterns and choosing love instead of needing it or taking it.

We will unlock more flow,

Ease,

And grace in your life with this energy transmission which offers profound heart healing and cultivating pure unconditional love.

So let's begin.

Please close your eyes.

Notice the sounds outside,

Perhaps sound of the car,

Sound of the people,

Any sounds outside.

Notice sounds inside you,

Sound of your heart,

Sound of your nervous system.

Just tune into your inner sounds.

And now feel your breath.

Feel the rhythm of your breath.

And now notice the sensations of your breath.

And now notice the texture of your breath.

And ask yourself,

How can I love my breath a little more?

Perhaps I can relax a little more.

Perhaps I can allow a little more.

Perhaps I can surrender a little more.

Just inquire how can I love my breath in this moment.

And now feel your body.

And notice if there is any tension in your body.

Perhaps you feel a little tense in your chest.

Perhaps a little tensed in your shoulders.

Or perhaps a little tensed in your face.

Just noticing any tension in your body.

And ask yourself,

How can I send a little love to this tension?

Perhaps I can relax a little more.

Perhaps I can let go a little more.

Just inquire how can I send love to this tension.

And now bring your awareness into your heart.

And just feel,

Take a moment,

Just feel your heart.

And now imagine your dad is in front of you.

Look into his eyes.

Don't drop,

Keep looking into his eyes.

Perhaps you may have a formal relationship with your dad.

Let's break that barrier today.

And let him know how much he means to you.

Let him know your true feelings which you may have never said it before.

Dad,

I love you.

Dad,

I love your charisma.

Dad,

I love your perseverance.

Dad,

I love your sense of humor.

Dad,

Thanks for everything you did for me.

Dad,

If you wouldn't exist,

I would not exist.

Give him a warm and a very loving hug.

Perhaps you see his eyes full of tears.

Let it be.

He looks into your eyes and he says to you,

Son,

Daughter,

I love you.

Son,

Daughter,

I love your being.

Son,

Daughter,

Please forgive me for controlling you.

Son,

Daughter,

Please forgive me for not being around you.

Just letting you know,

I am here for you.

I care for you.

And feel.

Bring awareness back into your heart.

And now imagine your mom in front of you.

Look into her eyes.

Keep looking into her eyes.

And let her know how much she means to you.

Let her know your true feelings.

Perhaps you never said it before.

Perhaps,

I love you.

I love when you call me.

Mom,

I love when you check in with me.

Mom,

I love when you care for me.

Mom,

Thanks for all the delicious food you made for me.

Mom,

Thanks for all the sacrifices you made for me.

Mom,

Thanks for everything you did for me.

Mom,

If you wouldn't exist,

I would not exist.

Give her a warm and a very loving hug as if you never hugged her before.

As if you are hugging her for the first time in your life.

Perhaps you see her eyes full of tears.

Just let it be.

She looks into your eyes.

And she says,

Imagine you as a child.

Bring a memory of you being a child.

Perhaps two,

Five,

Age doesn't matter.

Look into his or her eyes.

Keep looking.

And now let your inner child know how much he or she means to you.

Share your true feelings.

And share your feelings perhaps you never shared before.

Dear me,

I love you so,

Dear me,

I forgive you for all the shame.

Dear me,

I forgive you for all the guilt.

Dear me,

Forgive me for not accepting you.

Your inner child is so touched,

So touched,

So touched.

She or he look into your eyes and says to you,

I love you so,

So much.

Thanks for accepting me.

Thanks for forgiving me.

Let's be friends again.

Bring your hands in front of your heart.

And touch both hands into your heart.

And take a moment just thank your dad.
