This is a guided visualization meditation designed to ease mental tension and soothe the nervous system, especially helpful during moments of sensory overwhelm, overstimulation, decision fatigue, or general mental overwhelm. We’ll use breath, visualization, and intention to soften stress, support your energetic boundaries, and help you return to clarity and calm. This session is also informed by lived experience with ADHD and anxiety, as well as as a disability educator who has a background in meditation and Reiki. Hope you find it helpful!
