Welcome to this sleep induction,

Tonight you are invited to trust,

Surrender and be gently held as the singing of whales guides you into deep restorative sleep.

In the distance,

A sound begins to rise,

Low,

Slow,

Ancient,

The song of whales.

As the whales begin their song,

Allow the ancient rhythm,

Calm your nervous system,

And carry you tonight,

Effortlessly into deep,

Peaceful sleep.

For tonight,

There is nowhere you need to go.

Tonight,

There is nothing you need to fix.

Tonight,

Nothing you need to hold together.

Tonight,

You can float.

This is your time to rest.

Allow yourself to settle into your sleeping position now,

However your body feels most comfortable,

Most natural,

Most effortless.

Let the surface beneath you fully support your weight.

Let gravity do the holding,

So you can release.

If your eyes are not closed already,

Allow them to gently close now,

Bringing your awareness inward.

Take a slow breath in through the nose,

And release it softly through the mouth.

Again,

Breathing in,

And breathing out,

Perhaps with a little sigh,

Letting the day begin to dissolve.

Let's take one more deep,

Nourishing inhale,

And a long,

Effortless,

Unforced exhale,

Signaling to your body that it's safe to sleep.

There is nothing else required of you now.

Nothing you need to achieve.

Nothing to become.

Only allowing.

Imagine now,

You are gently floating.

Not trying to float.

Not holding yourself afloat.

Simply floating,

As though the ocean itself has risen up to meet you.

The water is calm,

Warm,

And calm.

Supportive.

Every part of your body is held effortlessly.

You do not need to sink,

And you do not need to drift away.

You are perfectly suspended.

You are exactly where you need to be.

With each breath out,

You feel yourself trusting the water more.

Letting it carry you completely.

The ocean knows how to hold you.

It has been holding life for millions of years.

And tonight,

It holds you.

You hear the sounds,

The song of the whales.

A sound older than language.

Older than thought.

Older than memory.

As the whale song moves through the water,

It moves through you.

You don't need to listen carefully.

Your body already understands this sound.

It speaks directly to your nervous system.

Telling your nervous system one simple truth.

You are safe.

Each call seems to wrap around you.

Like a gentle vibration of reassurance.

The mind begins to soften.

Because there is nothing left to analyze.

Only sound.

Only rhythm.

Only surrender.

Now allow your breath to follow the rhythm of the ocean.

As you inhale,

Imagine a wave slowly rising beneath you.

As you exhale,

The wave gently returns to the deep.

Inhale,

Rising.

Exhale,

Sinking.

Each breath out takes you deeper into comfort.

Deeper into stillness.

Deeper into rest.

With every exhale,

Your body becomes heavier.

There is no effort in this breathing.

It happens all on its own.

Your body remembers how to rest deeply.

Now,

Very gently,

Bring your awareness to your jaw.

Let it soften.

Let the tongue rest.

The whale song flows through your face.

Soothing every line.

Melting every trace of tension.

Your neck loosens.

Your shoulders drop,

As though they have been waiting for this exact moment.

Your arms grow heavy.

Floating.

Completely relaxed.

Chest softens.

Heart rests.

Your breath moves freely,

Without effort,

Without direction.

Your belly rises and falls gently.

Comfortably.

Safe.

Supported.

At ease.

The lower back releases.

Hips soften.

The legs grow heavy.

Your thighs.

Knees.

Calves.

Ankles.

Feet surrendering.

All toes.

Growing heavy.

Relaxing.

Nothing is held anymore.

You are floating.

You are supported.

Fully safe.

As the whale song continues,

Something deeper begins to happen.

Your mind realizes it no longer needs to stay awake.

For there is nothing to monitor.

There is nothing to protect.

The ocean and the whales are doing that for you now.

Trust is not something you have to create.

It happens naturally when effort ends.

And tonight,

Effort has ended.

Because you are allowed to stop holding everything together.

You are allowed to rest deeply.

Each whale call seems to whisper to your body.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

And your body listens.

Now imagine yourself drifting just beneath the surface of the water.

The light above becomes softer.

More diffused.

As you descend effortlessly,

There is no fear here.

Only calm.

Only depth.

Only peace.

A whale passes slowly beneath you.

Massive.

Gentle.

Unhurried.

There is no interaction needed.

No messages to receive.

Just the deep knowing that you are protected.

Tonight,

The ocean cradles you.

Just as a mother cradles a child.

You do not need to follow the words anymore.

Your body is already drifting into sleep.

The mind begins to fade.

Like a distant shoreline.

Thoughts dissolve into sound.

Into sensation.

Into nothing at all.

The whale song continues to guide you.

Far beyond conscious awareness.

You don't need to listen.

You don't need to stay awake.

Sleep is happening naturally now.

Trust.

Accept.

Surrender.

Sleep.

You are held.

Everything is taken care of.

Rest now.

Rest now.

As you drift still deeper.

Knowing that nothing needs to be carried forward.

Nothing needs to be remembered.

Only rest.

Only rest.

Only peace.

Only sleep.

The ocean remains with you.

The whales continue their song.

And you sleep deeply.

Naturally.

Slowly.

Safely.

As you drift still deeper.

Knowing that nothing needs to be carried forward.

Nothing needs to be remembered.

Only rest.

Only peace.

Only sleep.

The ocean remains with you.

The whales continue their song.

And you sleep deeply.

Naturally.

Safely.

As you drift still deeper.

Knowing that nothing needs to be carried forward.

Nothing needs to be remembered.

Only rest.

Only peace.

Only sleep.

The ocean remains with you.

The whales continue their song.

And you sleep deeply.

Naturally.

Safely.
