Dear soul.

Spirit lead me today,

As I breathe and live on earth,

I open myself to receive the songs of the stars,

The ancient melodies that echo through every stone,

River and tree.

Spirit guide my steps on this sacred path of remembering,

May my feet find rhythm with the heartbeat of mother earth,

Steady and sure,

Pulsing beneath me with infinite wisdom.

Let my breath move with the wind,

Carrying the whispers of my ancestors who walked this path before me,

Their love guiding me through each dawn and dusk.

When the waters rise and the path dissolves beneath my feet,

May I remember that I am the river and the shore,

I can walk and I can swim,

I am both the current and the calm,

The seeker and the stillness.

May the waves of life teach me to trust the unseen currents that flow beneath,

To surrender where my mind clings and to follow where only the soul can see.

Spirit of fire,

Burn away all that dims my light,

Every shadow,

Every fear,

All hesitation.

Spirit of water,
