Placing both hands over your heart, you connect with warmth and breath, repeating affirmations that remind you of your worth, effort, and capacity for self-love. Each inhale fills you with compassion, each exhale releases tension, until you rest in the truth that you are enough, just as you are — held in gentleness and belonging.

Welcome,

Dear soul,

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in,

And release it slowly.

Now begin tapping on your heart space with one hand,

Gentle tapping.

Bring to mind how your inner voice speaks to you.

Often,

The inner voice can be harsh,

Demanding,

Or unkind.

Now stop the tapping and place both hands over your heart.

Now invite into your heart a softer tone.

Feel your heart beneath your hands.

Allow your breath to deepen as warmth spreads through your chest.

Now let your mind say these words to you after me.

I am worthy of self-love.

I am doing my best.

I am kind to myself.

Every day I speak more words of kindness to myself.

That's right,

Every day,

More and more,

You speak kindness to yourself.

You're doing your best.

Now with each inhale,

Imagine compassion flowing in.

With each exhale,

Imagine all tension in your body melting away.

Breathing into the truth that you are enough,

Just as you are.

Rest here,

Wrapped in this gentleness of self-compassion.
