Welcome,
Dear soul,
To this meditation.
I'm a Reiki Grandmaster,
And today,
This is your space,
This is your sanctuary to hold your emotions with grace and let them heal.
You may have carried pain that has no words,
You may have tucked parts of yourself away just to survive.
But here,
In this moment today,
You are safe,
You are seen,
You are ready to tend to your inner world with gentleness and power.
Today you'll awaken your own Reiki energy to soothe your emotional body,
To hold the parts of you that ache,
To let the healing begin from within.
Today you don't need to force anything,
You don't even need to feel ready.
All you need to do is be willing to breathe and be here for yourself.
Now get really comfortable in your space for this meditation.
You can do it either seated or lying down,
Just be comfortable.
Now take a gentle breath in,
And slowly exhale,
Again,
This time inhaling into your heart,
And exhaling any tension.
Inhaling into your heart,
Feel it expand,
And exhale any and all tension.
One more deep breath into your heart,
Feel it expanding,
And as you exhale,
Let your whole body soften.
Now bring your awareness to your emotional body,
Noticing gently where heaviness may live.
It may feel like a weight in your chest,
A flutter in your belly,
Perhaps a lump in your throat,
Or a quiet ache in your heart.
Don't resist it,
Just witness whatever it is with kindness.
Breathe into that space now,
Let your breath cradle it,
Let your breath become your comfort.
If emotions come,
Just let them flow.
Now bring your hands together,
Rub your palms softly,
Feeling the warmth building.
Feel the tingling,
The aliveness within your hands.
You are activating your Reiki energy,
Your inner healer.
Now slowly pull your hands slightly apart,
Just a few inches,
And begin to feel the energy pulsing between them.
Just letting your hands move with this pulse,
Gently moving in and out.
Let the energy form into a glowing ball of light,
Soft,
Warm,
And radiant.
This is your energy.
This energy is made of love.
This energy is made of your intention.
It holds compassion.
It holds softness.
It holds strength.
It holds release.
As it grows in your hands,
Whisper,
This energy heals my heart.
This energy loves what I feel.
This Reiki energy holds me now.
Feel the ball of light pulsing between your palms.
Feel it responding to your breath.
You are now ready.
Gently place your hands over your heart.
Let the energy ball dissolve into your chest,
Flowing into the center of your being.
With each breath,
Feel warmth spreading through your emotional body,
Through your heart,
Through your solar plexus,
Through your throat.
Anywhere you feel called to place your hands,
Follow that inner wisdom.
Don't question it.
Just place your hands intuitively where you need to.
You might gently shift your palms as needed.
Now feel into your body where sadness lives,
And place your hands intuitively there.
Now feel into your body again,
And ask,
Where is fear within my body?
Once again,
Moving your hands and placing them in this place.
Ask again,
Where is grief lingering in my body?
Intuitively place your hands there.
Visualize the energy moving like soft golden mist,
Releasing what no longer needs to be held,
And infusing you with safety,
Compassion,
And strength.
Now feel into your body again,
Feeling whatever you need to feel,
And now moving your hands to that place.
Visualize the energy moving again like soft golden mist,
Releasing what no longer needs to be held,
Bringing in safety,
Compassion,
And strength.
As you rest here,
Speak gently to yourself,
And repeat after me.
I allow myself to feel and to heal.
I am safe to release what I carry.
I send love to the parts of me that hurt.
I honor my emotions without judgment.
I am wrapped in my own healing light.
I allow Reiki energy to flow through me for emotional healing.
I allow Reiki energy to flow through me for emotional healing.
Now take a deep breath in,
Receiving the energy of the universe.
And now slowly exhale and allow healing.
When you're ready,
Gently rest your hands back over your heart,
Or fold them onto your lap.
Take a slow,
Loving breath in,
And now let it go with a sigh.
Feel the healing still glowing in your chest,
The subtle softness,
The lightness,
The quiet power within.
You did something beautiful today.
You tended to your own heart.
You showed up with love.
Now whisper one last truth within.
I am worthy of my own healing.
I am worthy of my own healing.
I am whole even as I heal.
When you're ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Stretch softly,
And begin to return to the world with an open heart.
You are held,
You are healed,
And you are home.
You can do this practice multiple times,
