And give heartfelt thanks to my teachers for the divine gift of Reiki that flows through me and you.

Let's begin,

Inhale deeply,

Hold it for a moment,

And exhale fully.

Let's take another,

Inhale deeply,

Hold it,

And fully exhale.

With every breath,

Feel yourself more present,

More relaxed,

More open.

Reiki energy,

Pure and divine,

Flow through me now in service of love and light.

Now we welcome the healing energy of Reiki.

Visualize a glowing stream of white radiant energy descending from the universe and entering your crown chakra.

Feel this energy slowly flowing down through your body,

Through your forehead,

Into your throat,
