Welcome and take a deep breath in.
Right now,
In this moment,
The universe is listening.
Listening not to your words,
But to your vibration.
Everything you desire,
Love,
Success,
Happiness,
Financial freedom,
Exists in the field of energy around you,
And the key to unlocking this is not outside of you,
It's within you.
Abundance is not something you chase,
It is something you align with.
Take another deep breath,
As you inhale imagine drawing energy of abundance,
And now as you exhale release any resistance,
Any limiting beliefs that tells you that abundance is not yours.
The truth is,
Your energy shapes your reality,
Your thoughts shape your reality,
Your emotions shape your reality,
And your beliefs are broadcasting signals to the universe.
Like a tuning fork,
You are always vibrating at a certain frequency,
And the universe is responding,
Sending back experiences that match your vibration.
So just ask yourself,
What am I vibrating right now?
What energy am I sending out into the world?
If abundance feels distant,
It is not because you are unworthy,
It is simply a sign that your frequency needs to shift,
And today is that moment,
You are shifting your energy.
Step one,
Align.
Alignment begins with awareness,
You must first recognise where you have been living out of harmony with abundance.
Take a deep breath and reflect on this.
Have you been living in scarcity,
Believing there is not enough time,
Not enough money,
Not enough love?
Have you been carrying doubts,
Fears or old beliefs that tell you abundance is for others but not for you?
Feel those thoughts,
And now with your next breath release them,
Because the truth is abundance is not limited,
That's right,
Abundance is not limited,
There is no lack,
No shortage,
No scarcity in the universe,
There is only flow,
And right now you are stepping into that flow.
Step two,
Attract.
To attract abundance you must embody it,
Not in the future,
Not someday,
But now.
Abundance is not something you wait for,
It is something you choose,
Moment by moment,
Breath by breath,
So let's do it now.
With your eyes closed visualise the most abundant version of yourself,
The version of you that has everything you desire.
How do you feel in this version of you?
What energy do you radiate?
Confidence?
Peace?
Joy?
Harmony within?
Now step into that energy,
Breathe in that energy,
Feel it as if it's already yours,
Because it is,
And so it shall be.
The universe mirrors back to you what you believe to be true.
If you believe you are abundant,
If you know it with certainty,
The universe will prove you right.
If you embody the energy of love,
Love will find you,
If you embody the energy of success,
Opportunities will flow effortlessly.
This is how manifestation works,
Not through force,
Not through struggle,
But through frequency.
Step three,
Receive.
Now let's activate the receiving energy within you.
Too often people block abundance without realising it.
They desire love,
But don't allow themselves to receive it.
They desire wealth,
But subconsciously believe they must struggle to earn it.
They desire success,
But question if they are truly worthy of it.
Right now,
Let's release the blocks to receiving.
Breathe in deeply,
And feel your energy expand as your chest and belly expand.
Hold it,
Feel that you are safe to receive,
You are worthy of abundance.
And now,
As you release this breath,
Bring in these affirmations I am about to speak.
I am open to receiving all the abundance that is meant for me.
I am worthy of love,
Success,
And joy.
I allow abundance to flow to me easily and effortlessly.
The universe supports me in ways seen and unseen.
Feel the shift now in your energy.
You are no longer hoping for abundance,
You are allowing it.
And when you allow,
The universe responds.
As we move now to embodying the frequency of abundance,
You do not have to force abundance.
You do not have to chase it.
You simply have to become it.
Walk with the energy of certainty.
Speak with the energy of knowing.
Move through your day with the vibration of somebody who already has what they desire.
Because when you embody abundance,
It has no choice but to manifest in your life.
So take a final deep breath in.
Feel the frequency of abundance flowing through you.
This is your truth,
This is who you are.
Releasing your breath,
Aligning,
Attracting,
Receiving.
Your new reality has begun.
Vibrating the frequency of abundance.
More and more each day you align,
You attract,
You receive.
