Welcome,
Dear soul,
To this guided meditation through the jungle of life to your higher self.
Get comfortable in the position you've chosen for this meditation.
Let the body soften,
The breath slow and deep,
And let your mind loosen its grip.
You are about to walk a path through the jungle of life,
Not to escape yourself,
But to remember yourself.
Take a slow,
Deeper breath in now through the nose,
To exhale gently through the mouth.
Again,
A deep,
Slow breath,
Bringing in peace.
As you release this breath,
Breathe out everything that's not yours to carry.
Let's begin our journey as we enter the jungle.
The jungle is alive,
Breathing,
And ancient,
Vines curl like stories not yet told,
Leaves shimmer with memory,
And a pathway forms beneath your feet,
As though Mother Earth recognizes you.
This is the jungle of life,
The terrain of your becoming.
Every step forward is a step inward.
As you enter,
Notice the air shifts,
Warm,
Humid,
Shimmering with possibilities.
The scent of the soil and rain,
The sound of a distant waterfall,
Birds calling,
Life speaking.
Now say inwardly,
I walk with courage.
I walk with knowing.
I walk towards me.
Each step now reveals something you once carried.
Your old beliefs are like the fallen branches across your path.
Doubt is like the vines around your ankles.
Memories are like the shadows in the trees.
You don't run.
You don't fight.
You simply notice,
Because forward is the only direction of truth.
As you keep on your path,
You reach a clearing bathed in golden light.
A pool of water ripples before you,
Still and reflective.
Kneel beside it.
See your reflection,
Not as you appear,
But as you feel.
Tired in places.
Brave in places.
Becoming in places.
Let your fingers touch the surface,
And as the water ripples,
Imagine release.
Release the voice that said you weren't ready.
Release the moment you learned to shrink.
Release all the masks you have worn to belong.
Whisper after me,
I am learning.
I am remembering.
I am returning.
As you walk deeper into the jungle now,
Something shifts.
Roots of ancient trees rise like lessons.
Some easy to step over.
Some you have to climb.
Life is like this.
Obstacles not to break you,
But to build you.
As winds move through the canopy like change,
You feel it pass through you.
The jungle teaches you.
If you stop moving,
Life grows around you.
If you resist,
The vines tighten.
If you listen,
The path reveals itself.
So you choose to listen,
And the path opens wide before you.
Ahead,
A narrow bridge woven of branches and vines.
It looks fragile,
Yet something within you knows it will hold you.
Now notice the version of you waiting on the other side.
Encouraging you to take the first step forward.
And you do.
You place one foot on the bridge.
You feel the wobble of uncertainty.
You feel into your heartbeat.
And you also feel into your courage.
Step by step.
Crossing the bridge.
Not because there is proof,
But because there is faith.
As you get to the other side,
A stone temple arises.
Covered in moss and sunlight.
The air here hums.
Your heart recognizes this place.
Inside,
There is no throne,
Only a mirror.
And in that mirror stands your higher self.
They are not perfect.
Not finished.
But they are truly you.
Look at them.
See the clarity in their eyes.
The steadiness in their breath.
The unshakable knowing.
They speak to you,
Not with words,
But with presence.
Because you were never lost.
You were becoming.
Stand before them.
Let their wisdom fill you.
Let their certainty anchor into your body.
Let their love remind you who you are.
Say inwardly to yourself,
I know myself.
I trust myself.
I walk as myself.
Now let yourself merge with them.
Step into that reflection.
Become the one you came here to meet.
As you walk out of the jungle,
You realize it is not a maze,
But a map,
A living memory of all you have survived,
All you have learnt,
All you have released,
And all reclaimed.
Walk back with a steadier spine,
A soft heart,
A clear gaze,
And a deeper knowing.
Breathe in,
And breathe out slowly.
You now carry your higher self within you as an identity,
As a truth,
As a home.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and come back.
Blessings on your journey,
Dear soul.
Namaste.
Aho.
