Welcome to your Bhastrika breathwork session.

Hopefully you've done the intro for Bhastrika breath.

If you haven't,

I suggest you do that first.

And now let's get into our comfortable position,

Seated.

Just take some nice relaxing breaths in and out of your body.

And already start using your belly as a pump for these little breaths.

And just breathing in and out of the nose.

Slow breaths.

Let the belly be the pump.

Remember your diaphragm is your pump for this session.

Pushing air in and out of your body.

With each inhale and each exhale.

Deep inhale through the nose,

Your belly is expanding.

Deep exhale through your nose,

Your belly is contracting.

And now let's speed it up.

See if you can keep with my breathing.

You're not using your lungs,

You're using the belly,

The diaphragm as your pump.

To pump the air in and out of your body.

Keep going,

You can do this.

Just stay with your breath.

Using your stomach as a pump.

In and out of the nose.

Keep it going.

You're doing this,

You can do this.

It's just two minutes,

Just keep up with it.

In and out.

In and out.

Just breathing through your nose.

In and out.

Your belly expanding and contracting.
