This is a gentle meditation for personal growth and happiness,

Woven with a couple of affirmations just for you.

Close your eyes,

And take a slow breath in,

Now exhale gently.

Allow your body to settle into stillness.

Feel the grounding of the earth beneath you,

Your breath flowing like a gentle river.

You are exactly where you were meant to be.

Silently repeat,

I am still here.

Feel the strength of these words,

The resilience of your journey.

You have faced challenges,

And yet here you are,

Present,

Breathing,

Alive,

Doing this meditation.

Now repeat this,

I am still learning.

Allow yourself the gift of patience,

Each day offers new wisdom.

You don't need to have it all figured out,

Growth is a process,

A beautiful unfolding.

Now repeat,

I am still trying.

Notice the quiet courage within you,

Your effort,

Your intention,

Your willingness to keep moving forward,

This is self love in action.

Now imagine a golden light glowing at the centre of your chest,

With every breath you take it grows warmer and brighter,

This is your happiness,

Not outside of you,

But within you.

Feel your happiness spread through your body,

Filling you with gratitude,

Clarity,

Filling your heart with compassion,

Filling your soul with joy.

Just rest here for a few breaths,

Soaking in this light.

Now whisper these words to yourself in gratitude,

I am still here,

I am still learning,

I am still trying,

I am becoming who I am meant to be.

The invitation is to give yourself a hug and whisper these again,

I am still here,

Now take one last deep nourishing breath,
