This is designed to shift your subconscious beliefs and build inner confidence.
To help you release the old stories and limiting beliefs around your intelligence and self-worth.
And anchor in new empowering truths.
Get comfortable either seated or lying down.
Allow your hands to rest gently.
Your shoulders are relaxed.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose.
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Deep inhale through your nose.
And slowly relax and let it go.
One more in and out.
Now allow your breath to find its steady rhythm.
Feeling your body begin to soften with each breath.
You are safe.
You are supported.
You are open to reprogramming your mind with love,
Truth and clarity.
Gently bring your awareness to your mind.
Your mind is not your enemy.
It's your greatest tool.
It is capable of learning,
Growing,
Expanding and creating miracles.
You do not have to be perfect.
You do not need to know everything.
You are already enough.
Right here.
Right now.
I'm going to say some affirmations.
Let these begin to flow into your subconscious mind.
You can repeat them silently after me.
Or just allow them to wash over you.
Let's start.
I am smart enough.
I am capable of learning and understanding.
My mind is powerful and I use it with confidence.
I trust my ability to think clearly.
I let go of the need to compare myself to others.
I know enough.
I am enough.
My intelligence grows every day.
I believe in myself.
Today I release the story that says I'm not smart.
I embrace the truth that I am wise in my own unique way.
I learn from every experience.
I am proud of the way my mind works.
I allow myself to make mistakes and I learn from them.
I don't have to know everything to be worthy.
I am brilliant in so many ways.
I own my inner genius.
I value what I know and stay open to learning more.
I have the power to grow in any area I choose.
My mind is bright,
Curious and strong.
I am smart enough for every challenge I face.
Place one hand on your heart and whisper to yourself.
I am smart enough.
I always have been.
I always will be.
Let that be your truth.
Say that again.
I am smart enough.

As we bring this meditation to a close,
Feel a new sense of confidence beginning to settle into your body.
Feel into your shoulders and let them rise just a little.
Feel your breath deepening with ease.
Feel the weight of self-doubt starting to dissolve.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
