Hi,

Frankie here,

Welcome dear soul to this eco meditation for inner peace and heart connection.

If you are not familiar with eco meditations,

They are known as meditations for rapid transformation,

Using breath work,

Tapping,

Relaxation,

Compassion,

Affirmations to quickly bring the mind and body back into balance.

Today we are working with heart energy,

Take a moment to arrive fully,

Feel your breath flowing naturally in and out of your body,

Notice the rhythm,

Steady,

Gentle,

Always there to support you,

Now cross your hands over your heart,

As you rest them there,

Breathe deeply into your body,

Imagine letting go of everything and anything that stands between you and peace,

Lightly with one hand,

Tap the fingers of the hand closest to your heart,

Say in your mind after me,

I release anything and everything that stands between me and inner peace,

Now switch hands and tap again,

I release anything and everything that stands between me and inner peace,

Pause,

Stop tapping and let your hands rest,

Now relax your tongue onto the floor of your mouth,

Feel how this small shift brings softness through your whole body,

Now gently notice the space inside your body,

The space inside your hands,

The space inside your feet,

The space inside your arms and legs,

The space inside your torso,

The space inside your neck,

The space in your head,

Feel the spaciousness of your whole body,

Picture a big empty space behind your eyes now like a wide open sky,

If thoughts arise let them pass like the clouds drifting by,

Take slow breaths now,
