Hi,
This is Frankie and welcome to this short Gratitude for Life meditation.
I invite you to close your eyes if you haven't already and bring your awareness to your breath,
Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your chest.
In this moment,
Allow yourself to open your heart to gratitude.
Gratitude for life.
Gratitude for each breath you are breathing in and out of your body.
Gratitude for the opportunities and experiences you get to have on planet Earth.
Gratitude is a powerful energy that expands your heart and connects you to the abundance all around you.
Let's take a deep breath in together.
Hold it.
Feel it in your heart.
Feel your heart opening to all the blessings in your life,
No matter how small or how big,
And let the breath go.
I invite you now to think of something or someone in your life that you are grateful for.
It could be as simple as the breath you are taking,
The support of the Earth beneath you or the people who bring you joy in life.
Focus on this feeling of gratitude and allow it to fill your heart.
Now imagine this feeling of gratitude is a golden light glowing brightly in the center of your chest.
With each inhale,
Let this light expand,
Growing warmer and brighter,
Filling your entire body with its energy.
Allow yourself to bask in the warmth of this gratitude.
As you continue to breathe,
Let your mind explore all the things that you are grateful for.
Think of the beauty of nature,
The sun that rises each day,
The water that sustains you,
The love and kindness you receive from others.
Feel into your heart and let your heart swell with appreciation for any and all of these small gifts.
If any negative thoughts arise,
Simply let them go,
Returning your focus to the energy of gratitude.
There is always something to be thankful for,
Even in the most difficult times.
Trust that the more you focus on gratitude,
The more abundance you will attract into your life.
I invite you to now repeat these affirmations after me.
I am deeply grateful for every experience life brings me.
I honor the beauty and blessings of life in every breath.
Gratitude flows through me,
Expanding my heart and mind.
Let your heart expand out into the world.
Bring in gratitude for the air you breathe,
The food you eat,
The water you drink.
Gratitude for the universe and all it provides for you.
And as we finish this meditation,
I invite you to think of three or four or five things you are grateful for in your life.
And now as we finish this meditation on gratitude,
I invite you to give yourself a big hug.
Tell yourself,
I love you,
I'm grateful for you,
And I'm grateful for doing this meditation today.
