Following your soul's path,
Following your heart.
Just settle into a comfortable position and bring your awareness to just your breath.
You are observing your breath and as you observe your breath,
You slow down your breath.
You slowly inhale and slowly exhale.
By observing your breath,
You are creating a mind-body connection.
You are breathing and observing your breath,
The mind observing the breath coming in and flowing out.
So with your slow breaths,
You are giving your body permission to release any and all tension from your body.
You are breathing slowly,
Releasing tension and becoming very relaxed.
As you watch your breath,
You allow any thoughts that may arise just to simply drift away.
Just observing your breath,
Noticing and feeling your slow inhales and your slow exhales.
Bringing in new energy with each inhale and just letting go and relaxing with each exhale.
And now I'd like you to bring your attention to your heart and just breathe and feel into your heart.
What's your relationship with your heart?
Do you follow your heart's desires or do you push down the desire?
How would your life be different if you always followed your heart?
Today we are going to go on a little journey into your mind.
So just allow yourself to relax even more and allow yourself to listen and relax.
I'd like you to imagine that you're walking through a beautiful open space in nature.
It is filled with vibrant colors and you can smell the sweet sense of nature all around.
It's a beautiful place and you feel your heart opening.
In this moment you feel a sense of gratitude filling your heart.
You are grateful for this day.
You are grateful for your breath.
You are grateful for your life on this planet.
Now you look up to the sky and feel the warmth of the sun on your face.
It's rays showering healing energy.
You feel its warm energy throughout your body.
You are in a magical place in nature and the sun is shining and giving you beautiful energy.
You are curious about this place you are in so you decide to explore this magical place.
You spend time wandering around and as you wander you notice the landscape changing from here to there.
Open paddocks,
Rivers,
Beautiful flowers,
Beautiful trees.
Now in the distance at the end of a large open field you notice a very strange row of tall lush trees.
Intuitively you walk in this direction.
You are heading towards the mystical tall lush trees.
They are the tallest trees you have ever seen.
As you approach the trees you have a sense of childlike excitement.
It feels fun but for some reason also a little uneasy.
Your heart is unsure so you stop walking for a moment.
Your eyes scan the dense foliage.
You are in awe of the massive trees.
You take a few deep breaths just to take it all in.
You notice a beautiful orchestra of natural sounds.
So you sit down to listen.
In the sounds messages are coming to you from the enchanted forest.
You feel into your heart.
The forest tells you there are two paths to walk through the forest.
And you must choose one.
You notice the two walls.
And your inner wisdom whispers directly to your heart.
It tells your heart you need to decide which path to take.
And as with all decisions you are one decision away from a totally different life.
You breathe into your heart.
You feel into your heart.
You ask your heart what do you desire.
So now you look down one path.
It feels familiar.
It feels safe.
It feels comfortable.
And you take a moment to imagine what it looks like for you.
Familiar,
Safe and comfortable.
Just breathe into this feeling.
Familiar,
Safe,
Comfortable.
And ask yourself is this what my heart really wants.
Now you look down a second path.
And immediately you feel a wave of excitement.
Buzzing through your entire body.
It's different.
It's uncertain.
And you cannot even see past the trees at the end.
But your heart begins to wonder what if.
So you need to decide which path should I take for my life.
What does my heart desire.
And you sit in stillness without any judgment.
Which path should I take.
What does my heart desire.
What do I really want.
And so you feel deep within your body and your soul.
You feel deep within your heart.
And you ask your heart which path is aligned with my soul's purpose.
And you take another breath in.
And slowly let it out.
With self love,
Self compassion and self acceptance.
You sit quietly in this space of deep self reflection.
Which path is best for me.
Which path is best for my heart,
My soul.
What does my heart desire.
When it comes to my heart I always have a choice.
I will now speak some questions so you can feel into your heart's desires.
Do you let your mind guide you in daily life?
Or do you let your heart guide you?
Are you living the life you want to live?
Are you becoming the person you want to be?
Are you consulting your heart when setting goals?
How do you want to live your life in the future?
And now take a deep breath in of clarity into your body.
Hold it,
Feel it in your heart.
And as you exhale feel calm and confident.
You now know your heart better.
And so now you will start listening to your heart's desires more.
More and more each day.
Each week following your heart more and more.
You will move forward with a sense of what your heart really wants.
You are now thankful for your heart's desire.
You are grateful.
You are building a new relationship with your heart.
You are now on the path of your heart.
You love yourself.
You are grateful for your heart.
You are feeling grounded.
You are feeling centered.
You are feeling inspired to follow your heart.
You have decided to live your life following your heart's desires.
You are grounded.
You are centered.
You are guided by your heart.
You know you are fully protected when following your heart.
The music will play a little longer but when you are ready you can bring your awareness back to your breath.
