Let's begin by finding our comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Closing down your eyes and take a deep breath in,
And out.
Out.
Another deep breath in,
Feeling the air entering your lungs,
And slowly exhaling,
Releasing any tension or stress within your body.
With each breath now,
Allow yourself to go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Letting go of the day,
Just feel the natural rhythm of your breath.
Your breath connecting you to something greater,
The steady pulse of the universe itself.
Just as the universe expanded from a single point of pure potential,
So too you have the power to create and expand.
With every inhale,
Feel your chest rise with possibility,
And as you exhale,
Release any thoughts of limitations,
Letting go of worries of the day,
And give yourself permission to fully immerse in this moment.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming lighter,
As though you are gently floating in the vast expanse of the universe.
Let the energy of creation flow through you.
Breathe in,
Allowing the breath to cleanse and nourish you,
And as you breathe out,
You are releasing all that no longer serves you.
You are safe here in this space,
Ready to explore the limitless potential within.
Bringing your awareness to the concept of beginnings,
Visualize a tiny golden spark at the center of your chest,
A point of pure possibility.
This spark is like the singularity before the Big Bang,
Carrying the infinite potential within it.
With each inhale,
See this spark beginning to glow brighter,
Pulsating gently with life force energy.
As you breathe in,
Imagine this golden light slowly expanding,
Radiating warmth and energy throughout your chest.
Reflect for a moment on a time when a small action in your life led to something much larger.
Perhaps it was a decision to take a risk,
To try something new,
Or maybe just saying yes to an opportunity.
Recognize that the same expansive energy that created galaxies is within you,
Waiting to be activated.
With each exhale,
Release any resistance or tension that might be blocking this potential.
Picture any limiting thoughts or doubts dissolving into the golden light within.
Whisper to yourself,
I am expanding beyond my limits.
My small actions create monumental change.
As you continue breathing,
Notice how this light continues to expand outward,
Filling your body,
Your mind and your spirit with the energy of creation.
You are limitless,
Just like the universe at the moment of its great expansion.
Rest in this sense of possibility.
Now visualize the golden light spreading through your chest,
Like ripples in a still pond.
These ripples represent small intentional changes,
Micro shifts,
That can lead to profound transformation.
Think of the universe after the Big Bang.
Small random quantum fluctuations laid the groundwork for galaxies to form.
In the same way,
Your small everyday decisions hold immense creative potential.
That's right,
Small actions or decisions you make can create ripple effects in your life.
Perhaps it could be a shift in perspective,
A new habit you start,
Or a thought that's sparking something new.
As you breathe,
Imagine nurturing your intentions,
Like a seed being watered by your breath.
With each inhale,
Feel it growing stronger,
Its roots taking hold in your inner world.
And with each exhale,
Release any impatience,

Bring in the understanding of this golden light extending outwards,

Visualize it gently dissolving away walls and barriers you've built within your mind.
These walls may represent fears,
Doubts,
Or beliefs that have limited your growth.
With each breath,
See them softening and dissolving,
Allowing you to expand beyond them.
Perhaps bring to mind a specific fear or belief that has held you back.
Perhaps it's a thought like,
I'm not ready,
Or I'm not good enough.
With every inhale,
Imagine this belief breaking down,
Piece by piece,
Until it vanishes into the vastness of the cosmos.
And with every inhale,
Feel yourself filling with confidence and unlimited potential.
That's right.
Breathe in.

Whisper to yourself,
I am limitless.
I break free from all that's holding me back.
Now visualize your ideal future without any restrictions.
Picture yourself achieving the goals that once seemed impossible.
See yourself living a life where you fully embrace your creativity,
Love,
And potential.

Imagine the joy.
Feel the freedom in your body and the sense of purpose you have.
