Hi,

This is Frankie and welcome to this Emotional Pain Relief Meditation.

I invite you to get into your comfortable position,

Whether that's seated or lying down.

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Let's start by beginning with some connected breathing.

Inhaling deeply through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

And now just keep with the pace of my breath.

Trust in the process and keep breathing.

With each breath in,

You're filling your body with nourishing oxygen.

Bringing clarity and calm.

And with each breath out,

You're allowing yourself to release any emotional tension you're holding onto.

Each breath in,

Bringing in peace.

And each breath out,

Releasing any emotional heaviness.

That's right,

Each breath you take fills you with peace and clarity.

With each exhale,

You're releasing emotional heaviness.

Let your body just breathe,

Bringing in and letting go.

That's right,

Bringing in and letting go.

Let your body soften,

Releasing emotional pain from your body.

Know that your breath is the key to easing and releasing any and all emotional discomfort and pain.

Stay connected to your breath.

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Feel into your body now and gently notice any areas where you're holding onto emotional pain.

Whether it's the heaviness in your chest,

A tightness in your throat or any other sensation in your body.

Notice exactly where this is in your body.

Now you can release your connected breathing and just let your body breathe however it wants to.

That's right,

Slower breaths,

Perhaps deeper,

Slower breaths in and out of your body as your body desires.

As you breathe in,

Imagine drawing in soothing energy that flows through your emotional being.

As you breathe out now,

Let go of any emotional pain and discomfort.

Allow your breath to guide you into a deep state of emotional relaxation.

You are now inhaling calm and you exhale emotional release.

Bring your awareness to the areas of your body where you are holding emotional tension.

Without trying to change anything,

Simply observe the sensations you are noticing in your body.

With each exhale,

Consciously softening these areas.

With your slow inhale,

You are bringing in healing energy and emotional release.

With each exhale,

Consciously letting go.

Letting go of emotional pain you feel.

Letting go of tightness in your chest.

Allowing your shoulders to soften.

Feel the emotional weight release with every breath out as you let go.

Invite in a warm soothing light that flows through your emotional being.

Softening the edges of your pain.

It's drifting away.

Feel the energy of a healing light flowing through every corner of your body.

Especially the parts where you feel emotional discomfort.

Intentionally send this energy to these places within your body.

Let it gently move,

Soothing and releasing tension.

Easing your emotional pain.

That's right,

You are releasing the emotional pain you've been carrying.

Feel yourself becoming lighter.

With each breath,

Allowing the emotional pain just to melt away.

You are safe.

You are supported.

And you are at peace.

Now say these affirmations after me.

Or simply feel them resonating within you.

I release all emotional pain and tension from my being.

I am calm,

Centered and at peace.

My heart heals with each breath I take.

I allow myself to be free from emotional suffering.

I trust in my heart's natural ability to heal.

That's right,

You are releasing all your emotional pain and tension from your whole body.

You are becoming calm and centered and at peace.

Your heart heals with each breath you take.

And you allow yourself to be free from emotional suffering.

Now you are trusting in your mind and your heart's natural ability to let go and heal.

Remember,

Healing is a process,

Not a destination.

Emotional healing takes time and it's essential to be patient with yourself.

You do not need to rush or force anything.

Instead,

Trust that each breath,

Each release and each moment of awareness is part of your journey towards emotional healing and growth.

It's okay to feel and release.

Acknowledging your emotions without judgment.

By allowing yourself to feel the pain or discomfort,

You are allowing it to move through you and eventually release.

So embrace both the pain and the release,

Leading you to deeper,

Lasting healing.

As we finish this meditation,

Just trust in your mind and your heart's natural ability to heal.
