Welcome,
Dear soul,
To this meditation for those that are ready to rise,
To choose differently,
To speak differently,
To dream bigger,
To sit at the table of growth,
Vision,
Creativity and soul expansion.
Let's begin by arriving,
Finding your comfortable seated space or lying down.
Now gently close your eyes,
Let your hands rest softly and your shoulders melt away from your ears.
Take a long deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let's take three grounding breaths together now.
Inhale feel your spine lengthened,
Exhale release the weight of the day.
Inhale,
Call in your soul guidance,
Exhale come home to you.
Inhale clarity,
Presence and purpose,
Exhale tension,
Comparison and distractions.
Now quietly affirm in your mind,
I am here for growth,
I am here for truth,
I am here for something greater.
You have just walked into a beautiful room,
Quiet,
Safe,
Expansive and in this space there are two tables.
The first table is loud,
The people speak quickly about others,
Wanting to catch the gossip,
Their words swirl with judgement,
Assumptions,
Jealousy and criticise each other.
Now notice what sensations arise in your body,
Feel what it would be like to sit at this table.
Tension in your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Perhaps a knot in your belly,
This is the table of gossip,
The table of smallness.
Now shift your awareness to the second table,
This one is calm,
Spacious,
Radiant.
The people here are speaking of dreams,
They are talking about purpose,
Discuss possibilities and personal evolution,
They listen deeply to each other,
They uplift each other,
They ask questions that awaken the soul,
They speak your language.
Breathe into that feeling,
You feel welcome here,
You feel seen,
You feel inspired,
This is the table of dreams,
This is where your spirit belongs.
Now you return to the first table,
Notice how it draws people in,
With curiosity,
Distraction and the illusion of connection,
But underneath it drains and diminishes.
You understand more deeply that words can either build or break,
And this table breaks more than it builds.
You stand up,
Calmly,
Clearly,
Kindly,
You turn and walk away,
Not from the people,
But from the patterns,
The energy that no longer aligns with who you are becoming.
Quietly repeat after me,
I no longer sit where others are diminished,
I walk away from the boundaries of judgement,
I rise above gossip,
I rise into truth.
With each step you are reclaiming your energy,
With each breath you choose better,
Now let these affirmations ground in your strength,
I walk away from energy that drains me,
I rise above gossip and judgement,
I protect my peace with clarity and grace,
I am aligned with truth and kindness,
I speak only what I want to grow.
Let them settle like stones into the sacred earth.
Now you are sitting at the second table,
The one where dreams live,
You pull out a chair and sit down with grace,
Feel the energy here,
It's hopeful,
Alive,
Visionary,
People are speaking from the heart,
They share their challenges,
Breakthroughs,
Ideas and their soul callings,
They celebrate each other's growth,
And now you do too,
Imagine someone turning to you with eyes full of kindness,
They ask you,
What are you dreaming of being?
What lights up your soul,
Who are you becoming?
Feel your chest open as you answer them,
Even if no words come yet,
Your heart responds,
You are being seen,
You belong,
You are a creator now,
Not a commentator,
You speak of life and growth,
Not of limitations,
Now take a deep breath in,
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly,
Feel the power of this choice in your body,
Repeat softly in your mind,
I sit at the table of dreams,
I speak what builds,
I listen with love,
I grow and I help others,
Let your frequency rise higher,
Repeating,
I choose conversations that nourish my soul,
I surround myself with visionaries and dreamers,
I uplift others,
I am uplifted in return,
I speak with intention and purpose,
I sit at the table of growth,
Truth and love,
Let these affirmations echo through your spirit,
Setting a new standard for what you allow in and what you offer out,
Let this new standard root deeply into your being,
Because you don't need to judge those still sitting at the other table,
You simply choose differently,
From today forward you walk with greater awareness,
You choose words that heal,
You share space that expands,
You surround yourself with those who dream,
Build and rise and most importantly you become that person too,
Take a deep breath in and slowly begin to return now,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Gently move your shoulder or neck if it feels good and when you're ready,
Softly open your eyes,
Where you sit shapes who you become,
Choose your table with love and always keep a seat open for an old friend or someone else ready to rise,
Let this be your path of quiet strength,
You are becoming and you are becoming brilliantly,
