Remember for Bhastrika breath,

We're breathing in and out of the nose and we're using the belly,

The diaphragm,

To push the breath in and out of our body.

We're not using the ribs or the lungs.

We're just pushing the breath in and out of our body.

Your breath will be rhythmic and with force.

And you'll notice as you're doing this your hips may start moving back and forth a little bit which is good because it's moving the energy up your spine as we're breathing through the chakras.
