This is Frankie and welcome to your chakra breathwork meditation.
This is an ancient practice used to balance the chakras.
In this practice,
We'll use a rapid three-part breath,
Two inhales through the nose and once out the mouth.
At the end of each round,
I will guide you to focus on your crown chakra before we start the next.
So get into your comfortable seated position with your spine straight to start this powerful practice.
Bring your awareness to your root chakra,
Just feel into your root chakra,
Centering and grounding you into Mother Earth.
And let's start now breathing into our root chakra,
Slow breath in,
Focus on your crown chakra.
Bring your awareness now to your sacral chakra,
Feel into your sacrum,
Center of creativity,
Joy and pleasure.
Let yourself breathe fully into your sacrum.
Release your breath and hold it out,
Slow breath in,
Focus on your crown chakra,
Hold.
Bring your awareness now to your solar plexus,
Feel into your power,
Your courage to be yourself.
Breathe fully into your power.
Release your breath and hold it out,
Slow breath in,
Focus on your crown chakra.
Bring your awareness now to your heart,
Feel into your heart,
The love you have for yourself,
You are worthy,
You love yourself so you can love others.
And so now you breathe deeply into your heart.
Release your breath and hold it out,
Slow breath in,
Focus on your crown chakra.
Bringing your awareness now to your throat,
Your throat chakra,
Feel into your throat,
I am authentic,
I am honest and I speak my truth.
On each exhale really feel into your throat,
Slow breath in,
Focus on your crown chakra.
Bring your awareness now to your third eye.
I expand my awareness,
I can see clearly now,
I am insightful,
I am intuitive.
Release your breath and hold it out,
Slow breath in,
Focus on your crown chakra.
Bringing your awareness now to your crown chakra,
I am divine,
I am a spiritual being,
I am an infinite being,
I am at peace,
I am part of the universe,
I am one with all that is.
Release your breath and hold it out,

Hold.
You can lay down and just breathe slowly and deeply into your body.
