Welcome to this eco meditation.
This is a simple blended practice using tapping,
Breath work,
Relaxation,
Compassion and affirmations that quickly brings the mind and body into a state of receptivity.
This is a short reset to help you cleanse your mind and refresh your brain.
We will start with gentle tapping.
Place your fingers at the centre of your chest and begin gently tapping your chest.
Slowly breathe within and repeat after me.
Even though my mind feels cluttered,
I choose clarity.
Even though my thoughts are busy,
I allow them to slow.
Even though tension is here,
I release it with love.
Now gently start tapping at the sides of your eyes.
Affirm after me.
I release overthinking.
I release clutter.
I open to clarity.
Rest your hands over your heart.
Breathe as if the breath moves in and out of your chest.
Inhaling for a count of 4,
3,
2,
1.
Exhaling for a count of 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Inhaling for a count of 4,
3,
2,
1.
Exhaling for a count of 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Now affirm after me.
I breathe in clarity.
I breathe out confusion.
I breathe in calm.
I breathe out tension.
Now relax your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Let your belly soften.
Now imagine a cool stream of clear water flowing into your head.
Washing through your mind.
Rinsing away clutter.
Refreshing every thought.
See it sparkle and cleanse.
Leaving your brain clear and light.
And affirm.
This stream clears my mind.
This flow refreshes my brain.
I am light.
I am free.
Now bring to mind someone you care about.
Silently offer to them.
May you be clear.
May you be calm.
May you be free.
Now expand this wish to all beings.
May all beings find clarity.
May all beings find peace.
Now bring your awareness back to your heart.
Take a deep breath in.
And sigh it out.
Affirm.
My mind is clear.
My thoughts are light.
I am calm and free.
Carry this clarity with you as you continue into your day.
