Hi this is Frankie and welcome to this quick chakra activation.
Find yourself in a seated position with your spine straight.
In this practice we'll just take 10 rounds of breath into each chakra.
The breath we will use in this meditation will be two sharp inhales through the nose and then two sharp exhales through the mouth.
I invite you to practice this breath with me now.
Let your breath out fully and now let's get ready for the meditation.
Let's start by grounding and centering and bringing your awareness to the base of your spine.
Your awareness at your root chakra,
Muladhara.
Visualize roots growing from the base of your spine extending deep into the earth.
Feel the connection with the earth.
Send your focus to your root chakra and let's start breathing.
Letting go of the breath,
Feeling into your body,
Feeling the energy in your body.
Feel balance and harmony in your body.
Bringing your awareness now to your sacral chakra.
Move your attention to your sacrum and visualize a spinning wheel of orange light in this area.
As you breathe into this area feel the energy expanding and empowering this chakra.
Let's now start breathing in to your sacral chakra.
Letting go of the breath,
Feeling into your body,
Feeling the energy in your body.
Feel balance and harmony in your body.
Bring your awareness now to your solar plexus chakra.
Focus on this area above the navel and below the ribcage.
Visualize a bright yellow spinning light in this region and as you breathe in feel the energy expanding and empowering this chakra.
Let's start breathing into the solar plexus.
Letting go of the breath,
Feeling into your body,
Feeling the energy in your body.
Feel balance and harmony in your body.
Bringing your awareness now to your heart chakra.
Move your attention to the center of your chest,
To the heart region.
Visualize a green spinning wheel of light in this area.
Breathe deeply,
Fill your heart with love and compassion and forgiveness.
Let's now start to breathe in to your heart.
Letting go of the breath,
Feeling into your body,
Feeling the energy in your body.
Feel balance and harmony in your body.
Bring your awareness now to your throat chakra.
Focus on your throat.
Visualize a bright blue wheel of spinning light at this point.
Breathe deeply and feel the energy flowing freely,
Giving you the power to communicate and express your feelings.
Let's now start breathing into your throat chakra.
Letting go of the breath,
Feeling into your body,
Feeling the energy in your body.
Feel balance and harmony in your body.
Move your awareness now to your third eye.
Bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows,
The center of your forehead.
Visualize an indigo spinning wheel of light in this region.
And as you breathe in,
Imagine your intuition and inner wisdom awakening.
So now let's breathe in to your third eye.
Letting go of the breath,
Feeling into your body,
Feeling the energy in your body.
Feel balance and harmony in your body.
Now bring your awareness to your crown chakra.
Focus on the energy at the top of your head and visualize a violet or white spinning light at the crown of your head.
As you breathe in,
Envision connection to the universe and higher states of consciousness.
Letting go of the breath,
Feeling into your body,
Feeling the energy in your body.
Feel balance and harmony in your body.
Every day you're becoming more and more balanced.
Now just breathing long,
Slow,
Deep breaths and breathing and feeling.
And in a couple of minutes you'll hear a chime and then you can come back into the room.
Gradually returning your awareness back to your surroundings.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes,
Have a little stretch and take a moment just to ground yourself.
