Get into your quiet,
Safe space where you won't be disturbed.
If you wish,
You could light a candle to symbolise the light of consciousness and healing.
Or you may want to create a small altar with items representing your ancestors,
Such as photographs,
Heirlooms or any other symbols.
And now it's time to take a few breaths and get comfortable.
You could be seated or lying down,
That's up to you.
Now we'll take five deep breaths in together to centre and ground into the here and now.

Slowly release it out.

Let's begin by envisaging a circle of protection around you.
Call upon your spirit guides.
Today we call upon the earth,
The sky and the four directions to witness and support your healing journey today.
Feel yourself grounded to the earth,
Supported from below and connected to the sky.
You are now open to divine inspiration.
Invoking the ancestors.
In your heart invite your ancestors to join you into this sacred space.
All ancestors who come with love and wisdom for your highest good,
We invite you to be present with us today.
As they gather around you acknowledge their presence and express your intention to them to heal the ancestral trauma that affects your lineage and therefore yourself.
Allow yourself to feel the presence of your ancestors and the weight of the trauma that has been carried through your lineage.
You might see images.
Perhaps feel emotions.
You may have thoughts related to some of these traumas.
Whatever is arising observe.
Observe it without judgment,
Holding space for these experiences so they can be acknowledged.
Healing with light and love.
Visualise a bright healing light descending from above,
Infusing you and your ancestral lineage with healing energy.
See this light transmuting trauma,
Releasing pain and suffering.
And turning it into love,
Wisdom and strength.
Feel this healing energy moving backward and forward in time,
Touching each generation.
Offering forgiveness and releasing bonds.
If there are any specific traumas or patterns you are aware of,
Gently offer forgiveness to those involved,
Including yourself.
Forgiveness here does not condone any harm but serves to release the bonds of the trauma.
Visualise the bonds of the trauma dissolving into the light.
Dissolving,
Freeing you and your ancestors from their hold.
Now focus on sending this healing energy forward to all future generations.
Repeat in your mind or speak these words after me.
I release and let go of ancestral traumas that no longer serve me.
I am not defined by the traumas of my ancestors.
I am free to create my own path of healing and happiness.
I forgive and release the pain and suffering of my ancestors,
Allowing love and healing to flow through the generations.
I am breaking the cycle of ancestral trauma and creating a legacy of healing and wholeness for future generations.
I honour the resilience and strength of my ancestors while releasing the burdens they carried.
I am worthy of healing,
Worthy of peace and joy regardless of the experiences of my ancestors.
I reclaim my power and sovereignty,
Releasing any inherited patterns or fears or limitations.
I trust the wisdom of my ancestors to guide me towards healing and transformation.
I am a vessel of healing light,
Transmuting ancestral wounds into sources of strength and wisdom.
I am deeply connected to my ancestors,
Drawing on their love and support as I release the old traumas and embrace my true essence.
The bonds are dissolving in the light,
Freeing all ancestral trauma,
