This 25-minute guided breathwork session invites you to explore the quieter layers of yourself — the parts that live just beneath the surface of thought. Through gentle, conscious breathing, we soften the mind’s grip and begin to listen to what the body has been holding. This isn’t a practice of pushing or releasing — it’s an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion, to feel what’s ready to be felt, and to let the breath guide the way. The breath has been one of the greatest teachers in my own journey of change — showing me that transformation isn’t something we think our way into, but something we embody through presence.
