And let's take a deep breath into our nose and out through our mouth.
Settling in to your meditative position and practice.
And just start to notice everything melting away as you soften with your breath.
And with your big,
Long inhales and slow exhales.
And just enjoying being in this moment and just with yourself.
Creating space within the mind,
Within the body.
Deep breath.
And just anchoring yourself into the breath,
Into the flow and the rhythm of the breath.
But also into your grounding cord.
And just being here now in this moment with each breath,
Each moment of the breath,
Of the inhale,
Each moment of the exhale,
Each pause in between the breaths.
And just enjoy slowing down.
As you start to connect with a trail that maybe you've been to before,
Or that you are imagining it or feeling it or hearing it.
And walking down this path,
And maybe it's overgrown.
Maybe it's a clear path.
Don't read too much into that,
But embrace this journey and this path that you are currently on.
Both in the physical and the spiritual realms,
Right here,
Right now.
And start to notice where this path is taking you.
Notice the earth beneath you,
If it's swampy or soft,
Mucky,
Clay,
Dirt,
Clear.
Just notice and just observe as you take a deep breath.
And we're gonna set the intention that the path that you are currently on is a mirror to where you're at mentally,
Physically,
Emotionally,
Spiritually.
So really observe yourself walking on this path.
What do you notice?
What do you feel?
What can you hear?
What can you see?
Just inviting all the senses to come forward as you walk along this path.
And up ahead,
Within the meadows,
You notice a very rustic,
Authentic hut.
And you feel drawn to go here.
What do you notice as you walk up to this hut?
What is the feeling you get?
What sensations move through your body?
What thoughts come through the mind?
Observe it all.
Take slow steps towards this hut so you can really tune in,
You can really become aware and conscious of the thoughts,
Of the feelings.
Of what you hear in the meadows and whatever it is that you hear,
What follows with that as a feeling or sensation within your body.
And deep breath.
As you start to make your way to this hut,
What do you feel called to do?
Do you feel called to take a peek in?
To walk around it?
To go right in it?
Notice what you feel drawn to do right away and then follow that.
Follow that instinct.
Follow that feeling,
That vision.
And as you follow that instinct,
Just take a deep breath and notice what you notice as you either start to walk around or take a peek in or go in and settle in.
And you can feel the liveliness of this hut as if it's a living being.
It's going to share with you some teachings or wisdom,
Some messages that you're needing to hear about the path and how you got there.
It's going to share with you what you noticed,
What you observed about the path,
Your path and where you're at and how you got to this hut.
So as you take a deep breath in,
Be open to hearing and feeling and engaging your senses to tune into that teaching or that message,
The lesson,
Whatever needs to come forward today in this moment.
And take a deep breath.
And maybe you have questions or want further clarification with this hut being.
Now is your time to engage in that gentle curiosity into that space.
Take a deep breath and go there now.
And any final aspects of the conversation that need to be shared,
Feelings,
Words,
Sensations,
Now is the chance.
Deep breath.
And just offering something back to this hut being,
Maybe some saliva or hair,
Pure gratitude.
Just offering that back to this hut being.
And as you start to go back onto that path,
Take a look down and notice how that path has transformed.
Is it less swampy or more clear?
Is it softer?
Is it feeling more open?
And just observe without trying to label it,
But experience this path.
It's the same path,
But it just looks,
Feels,
Sounds different.
And just observe in what way.
And deep breath.
Beautiful.
And in your next breath,
And just slowly coming back into the room that you're in,
Becoming aware and conscious of your whole body,
Just feeling and tuning into it as you enjoy this new perspective of path.
Namaste.
