As you start your meditative practice,
First tuning into your body,
Really giving it permission to relax,
To unwind,
To be still in your mind,
Your brain permission to quiet,
To slow down,
To be present with each breath.
You start to notice the stillness,
The slowing down,
The relaxation in the body.
You start to notice the quiet,
The stillness,
And the silence within.
And take note of how it feels to be with yourself and exactly where you're at today in this moment of time,
How it's flowing,
How it's moving,
Yet there's a peacefulness,
A stillness,
A quiet space,
Even with the breath moving.
And once you do visualize,
Feel,
Sense,
Know yourself on a beautiful body of water,
A lake,
One that you may recognize or not,
A boat,
A floatie.
I want you to take in the scene of the evergreen surrounding the water,
The big,
Beautiful rock beings.
As you start to really be drawn to these beings,
You can paddle or make your way over to that rock being.
And enjoying the journey to get to the rock being,
Noticing how you feel,
Noticing the temperature of the water,
The sun's out,
Clouds or no clouds,
The sky.
Notice all of it.
Take it all in.
Notice how your body is responding to all these different frequencies and vibrations of energy.
As you're at the base of this rock being,
You can feel its presence.
As it's invited you to come and sit on the being,
Or maybe there's an opening that you can sit underneath the being or in the being.
And just notice,
Notice the presence,
The stillness,
The complete silence and complete darkness that is within the rock,
Within the being itself.
And this being is here to guide you into a deeper level,
A deeper awareness of silence,
Darkness,
Of stillness.
Allow this beautiful,
Magnificent being to really show you what it's meant to be anchored into the earth.
And nothing can move it,
What it really means to be in stillness and silence,
That wind can't even move it or break it.
Let it take you there now.
And as you start to feel into this space,
Understand this space,
This concept of being this awareness of consciousness and awareness of stillness and silence.

For journeying with you today,
For showing you truth today,
For going deeper with you today.
