The first portion of this class features intense music that plays a vital role in facilitating emotional release. This dynamic soundscape creates a powerful atmosphere that invites participants to explore and express their deeper feelings fully. Following this immersive experience, we transition into chakra clearing, accompanied by a guided visualization. This sets the stage for a journey where you can wander freely into the depths of your subconscious, allowing for profound self-discovery and exploration. Breathwork aids in releasing trapped emotions that are stored in the body as stagnant energy. These emotions may stem from any period in our life, including infancy. Releasing this trapped energy is crucial for our overall well-being. This class emphasizes facilitating the flow of trapped energy, clearing our chakras and auras, and fostering a connection with our inner child. For the best experience, I recommend using earphones for this session.

Welcome to Blissed Out Breathwork.

Before you begin this journey,

It's important to understand that our emotions are energy,

And energy needs to move.

When we suppress our emotions,

They get trapped as stagnant energy in our bodies,

Leading to physical discomfort.

Breathwork helps release this blocked energy,

Allowing it to flow freely again.

As you engage in breathwork,

You may experience emotions surfacing.

It's crucial not to suppress them,

But to allow them to emerge and breathe through them.

During the session,

You'll feel a lot of energy building.

It's essential not to hold onto this energy,

So we'll focus on releasing it through two exercises,

Screaming and laughing.

Feel free to move your body,

Shake your arms and your legs at any time to assist with the movement of this energy.

You may experience tetany,

Which is a side effect of deep breathing.

It presents itself as cramping or tingling,

Most often in the hands,

But it can show up in your mouth,

Or as a tightness in your chest,

Or other sensations in your body.

This will go away once you start breathing normally,

And it's temporary.

It's important to ask yourself if you experience this,

If there's something you're holding onto that you're resisting letting go of.

Midway through,

We'll incorporate breath holds and chakra work.

You can follow my breath holding recommendations or adjust as needed.

You may be surprised at how long you can actually hold your breath after practicing this deep breathing,

So if you want to hold your breath longer than I am telling you to,

Feel free to do so.

After engaging in extended breath work,

You'll transition into a theta brainwave state,

Offering an optimal environment for deep visualization.

Within this state,

I'll lead you through a guided visualization,

Allowing you to explore and connect with your inner self.

The breathing technique we'll use is a three-part breath,

Two inhales,

And one exhale,

Moving through the belly and chest.

It is done all through your mouth,

So you'll take one inhale into the belly,

One inhale into the chest,

And then an exhale through the mouth.

It's normal for your mouth to feel dry initially,

But your body will acclimate.

You are always in control of the intensity of your experience by adjusting the speed and depth of your breaths.

Faster,

Deeper breathing will take you deeper into the experience.

Should something difficult surface,

Whether an emotion or a memory,

You can signal safety to your body by doing bilateral tapping.

This is achieved by crossing your arms and alternately tapping your shoulders left,

Right,

Left,

Right,

Left,

Right,

Or by tapping your legs in the same manner.

This will help the brain work through distressing memories by processing them in a way that leads to psychological relief.

So when you're ready,

Find a comfortable,

Quiet space to lie down,

And let's begin your breath work journey.

Take just a few minutes here to settle in,

To drop into your body.

Taking a deep inhale and exhale.

Another deep inhale,

Exhale.

Feeling the back of your body laying on the ground,

Or the bed,

Or wherever you might be.

Starting with the back of your head,

Down to your neck,

Shoulders,

Upper back,

Mid back,

Lower back,

Hips,

Legs,

Calves,

And heels.

Taking a moment to check in with your body and just notice how you're feeling.

Are there any places of tension or discomfort?

Not judging,

Just noticing.

Checking in with your heart,

Noticing any emotions you might be carrying.

Are you feeling happy or sad,

Angry,

Joyful,

Frustrated,

Apathetic?

Again,

No judgment,

Just paying attention to what's there.

I want you to envision your body lying in a beautiful circle.

It can be made of anything you like.

It can be flowers or crystals,

Tree branches,

Light,

Fire,

Anything that makes you feel safe and comfortable.

Remembering throughout this journey,

You are always safe and protected inside of your circle.

Taking a few more deep breaths here,

Inhale into the nose,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Taking a few more moments here just to settle in,

Get comfortable,

Make any adjustments you might need.

Moving into that breath again,

All through your mouth,

Inhale into your belly,

Inhale into your chest,

Exhale.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Finding whatever rhythm feels good to you.

Remembering you're in control.

Faster,

Deeper,

Heavier breathing will give you a deeper experience.

Slower,

Lighter breathing will elevate you out of that experience a little bit.

Again,

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

All through your mouth.

Finding your rhythm.

Finding what feels good.

Remembering your dry mouth will acclimate after a couple of minutes.

You're doing great.

Keep breathing.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Just starting to notice if anything's coming up.

Any memories or any emotions,

Just noticing what's there,

Not judging.

Letting that breath sweep through your body,

Moving anything that needs to be released.

You're doing great.

Keep going.

Remembering you're in control.

Faster,

Deeper,

Heavier breathing will give you a deeper experience.

Everything's temporary.

Any sensations in your body,

Any feelings,

They're all going to go away.

You have now reached your destination.

Keep breathing.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

You've got this.

You can do it.

Starting to notice how you're talking to yourself,

What lies you're telling yourself,

What you've believed about yourself that isn't true.

It's time to let all of that stuff go.

Remembering you're safe and protected.

You're loved.

It's going to be okay.

Trusting the process,

Allowing yourself to let go,

To surrender,

To free yourself from whatever you're carrying.

It's time to let go.

Trusting that breath to sweep through you,

To find anything that no longer serves you,

To find blocks in your energy.

You're doing great.

Keep going.

I know it's hard.

You can do it.

Stick with it.

Remember why you're here.

Stick with that breathing.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale through your mouth.

Really starting to feel that energy building.

You've got this.

You're doing great.

Keep going.

Remembering you're loved,

You're safe,

You're protected.

You're doing great.

Knowing any sensations are temporary.

You've got this.

Don't give up.

Noticing anything else that might be coming up.

Any fear or anxiety,

Any shame or guilt.

It does us no good to carry those things around.

Allow whatever is there to come up,

To allow yourself to feel it.

Our emotions are meant to be felt.

They're meant to come up for us to allow them to be there,

To feel them and then to move through them.

They're not intended to be stifled and held in.

It's time to let them go.

You're doing really good.

We're almost to that first release.

Feel free to shake out your arms or your legs if you need to.

Building up to that first release.

We're almost there.

Just a little bit longer.

It's time to let go of all of that shame and guilt and frustration and sadness.

The feelings of not belonging,

Of always messing up,

Of not being good enough.

It's time to let those go.

Really starting to feel things build.

Keep breathing.

You've got this.

You can do it.

Letting it build just a little bit longer.

Letting that breath sweep through.

Moving into that first release.

On the count of three,

I want you to scream for as loud as you can and as long as you can.

I want you to keep on screaming.

Here we go.

One.

Two.

Three.

Scream.

Great job.

Moving back to that breath.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Letting that breath surge.

Find anything else that needs to come up.

Allowing it to sweep through you.

You're great.

Just keep breathing.

Doing great.

Remembering any sensations,

Whether that be emotions and feelings or physical sensations.

They're all temporary.

They're going to go away.

You can do this.

You're strong.

You're capable.

You're worthy of healing.

Remembering you're safe and protected.

You're loved.

Everything's going to be okay.

You're right where you're meant to be.

Finding that breath,

Trusting your body and its wisdom.

Asking yourself what you're holding on to.

Allowing yourself to release it so you have space for more beautiful,

Amazing things.

You're doing great.

Keep breathing.

Don't give up now.

You're almost done.

Acknowledging and accepting whatever's there,

Whatever's coming up for you.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Keep breathing.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Breathing through your mouth.

Allowing anything that's there to be there.

To acknowledge it.

To thank it.

You're never alone.

Moving into that second release.

On the count of three,

I want you to laugh as long as you can.

One,

Two,

Three.

Feel free to wiggle around.

Shake your arms and your legs if you need to.

Keep laughing.

Laughter truly is the best medicine.

Imagine yourself crying instead of laughing.

That's okay.

Just cry.

Great job.

Going back to that breath.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

All through your mouth.

Keep breathing.

Just a little bit longer.

You're almost done.

One final sweep through your body.

Allowing that breath to sweep through and find anything else that needs to be moved.

That needs to be released.

You've got it.

You're almost done.

Keep breathing.

Don't give up now.

You're loved and protected.

You're safe.

You can heal.

Keep going.

Remembering you're never alone.

Moving into those breath holds now.

As a reminder,

You can hold your breath longer than I'm suggesting if you feel comfortable.

Or just follow along with me.

Taking a big deep inhale into the belly,

Holding your breath at the top.

Visualizing a vibrant red spinning wheel of light at the base of your spine.

Witness anything that no longer serves you being released from the wheel.

Feeling the sensation of being grounded and secure.

I am rooted and secure.

I have all that I need.

Exhale,

Release.

Another big deep inhale into the belly,

Holding your breath at the top.

Envision an orange spinning wheel of light in your lower abdomen.

Watch as anything that no longer serves you is released from the wheel.

Embrace creativity and sensuality.

I am passionate,

Creative,

And in tune with my sensuality.

Exhale,

Release.

Taking another big deep inhale into the belly,

Holding your breath at the top.

Imagine a shining yellow wheel of light spinning in your stomach area.

Watch as anything that no longer serves you is released from the wheel,

Boosting your self-confidence.

I am confident and strong.

Things come to me easily.

Exhale,

Release.

Taking another big deep inhale into the belly,

Holding your breath at the top.

Picture a gentle green spinning wheel of light at your heart center,

Emanating love and empathy.

Watch as anything that no longer serves you is released from the wheel.

I am love.

I am compassionate.

I am worthy of love.

Exhale,

Release.

And exhale,

Release.

Taking another big deep inhale into the belly,

Holding your breath at the top.

Visualize a tranquil blue spinning wheel of light in your throat,

Encouraging truthful communication and expression.

Watch as anything that no longer serves you is released from the wheel.

I am authentic,

Expressive,

And lead a life true to myself.

And exhale,

Release.

Taking another big deep breath into the belly,

Holding your breath at the top.

See a deep indigo wheel of light in the center of your forehead.

Watch as anything that no longer serves you is released,

Enhancing your intuition and inner wisdom.

I am intuitive and insightful.

And exhale,

Release.

Taking another big deep inhale into the belly,

Holding your breath at the top.

Envisioning a spinning wheel of glowing violet at the top of your head.

Watch as anything that no longer serves you is released,

Enhancing your connection to the spirit realm.

I am connected to the divine.

I am divine.

And exhale,

Release.

One last time,

A big deep inhale into the belly,

Holding your breath at the top.

This time I want you to just hold your breath as long as you can.

When you can no longer hold it,

Just fall to your normal,

Relaxed breathing.

In your mind's eye,

Picture a radiant waterfall of shimmering light descending upon you,

Wrapping you in its luminous cascade.

Feel this ethereal light washing away any traces of fatigue or negativity,

Leaving your aura radiant and refreshed.

Sense your connection to earth as roots extend from your feet,

Anchoring you firmly and providing a sense of grounding and stability.

You feel a gentle breeze sweeping through your aura,

Carrying with it any lingering worries or stress,

And replacing them with a profound sense of peace.

Notice the delicate,

Glittering particles swirling around you,

Weaving a tapestry of healing energy that rejuvenates and revitalizes your aura.

Above you,

You see a brilliant sun shining down,

Infusing you with warmth and vitality,

Illuminating every part of your being.

In this magical moment,

Feel a deep sense of renewal and clarity washing over you,

See your aura glowing with vibrant colors,

Reflecting the harmony within your soul.

My chakras and aura are now cleared,

Aligned,

And activated.

Imagine yourself in a serene,

Lush forest surrounded by ancient trees and delicate wildflowers.

The sunlight filters through the leaves,

Creating a warm,

Golden glow around you.

As you walk deeper into the forest,

You come across a small,

Sparkling stream,

Its gentle babbling soothing your senses.

Take a deep breath,

And with each inhale,

Feel yourself releasing any tension or worries.

With each exhale,

Imagine yourself letting go of any walls or barriers you've built around your heart.

Picture a small,

Innocent child playing by the stream.

This child is your inner child,

The part of you that holds your innocence,

Joy,

And vulnerability.

Approach this child with love and compassion,

Sit beside them,

And gently take their hand.

Feel the warmth and purity emanating from this child,

Notice their laughter,

Their curiosity,

And their trust.

As you connect with your inner child,

Feel a wave of unconditional love washing over you both.

Embrace this child with tenderness and understanding.

Ask your inner child what they need from you,

Listen attentively to their fears,

Their joys,

And their unmet needs.

Hold space for their emotions without judgment.

Offer comfort,

Reassurance,

And validation.

Visualize wrapping your inner child in a protective cocoon of light and love.

See this light healing any old wounds,

Soothing any pain,

And nurturing any neglected parts of your inner child.

Feel a deep sense of forgiveness and acceptance flowing through you.

As you spend time with your inner child,

Allow yourself to experience the purity and authenticity of your emotions.

Let go of any past traumas or limiting beliefs that have held you back.

Embrace the fullness of who you are,

Integrating your inner child with your present self.

When you're ready,

Thank your inner child for their presence and wisdom.

Promise to nurture and protect them always.

If anything has shifted physically,

Are you feeling looser,

Less tension,

More relaxed?

And if anything has shifted emotionally,

Are you feeling more at peace,

Calm,

Happy?

Again,

Just noticing,

Not judging,

Just checking in with your body and your emotions to see if anything's shifted.

Whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes and slowly make your way back to a seated position.

Whether it feels like it or not,

You have just done a lot of work.

So for the next couple of days,

Be kind to yourself.

You might be a little bit more sensitive than normal.

If this is the case,

Just be gentle.

Go for walks in nature,

Journal,

Take a bath,

Get plenty of rest,

Drink lots of water.

And listen to your body and what it's telling you that it needs.

I also encourage you to express any emotions that come up,

Whether that's with your therapist or with a friend.

We want to make sure we're expressing our emotions and not shoving them back inside.
