Hello beautiful.

I just wanted to share a meditation for menstruation,

For periods,

For the womb space,

For cramps during your menstrual cycle.

And not necessarily if you have cramps,

Just something to kind of help you reconnect or connect more with your womb space during that cycle,

That time of the month.

It is very,

I believe that it's very important that we take time to find ways to connect with our womb space better and more,

And especially during such an important and intimate period.

Um,

The body needs a little bit more attention from us.

So I wanted to share a quick meditation that could help you ground yourself and just help you connect to your womb space,

Your uterus,

Your knee a little bit more.

We're going to jump right into it.

Get yourself comfortable.

And if you want to lay down,

That's fine.

And if you want to sit up straight,

That's also fine.

Whatever makes you feel comfortable.

This meditation is just an example,

Just to give you a guidance of what you could do.

The words that we'll be working with today,

You could always use them,

But also feel free to use whatever resonate with you more,

Whatever your body is needing to hear.

Don't,

Don't be afraid to trust words that come for you and speak those words upon yourself.

Um,

So I hope that this meditation is going to be helpful for you.

I will start off with a sound bowl and I will hit it three times and then we'll get into the meditation.

Just place your hands on your womb and you can repeat after me,

Or you can just listen and let that sink in.

We're going to go in nine breaths and repeat it nine times.

Okay.

And once we're done,

I will close the session with three sounds again.

Okay,

Let's go.

Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,

Speak those words onto your womb space.

Love the sound of your voice and the whole meditations, but the music is doing all sorts of strange skips and volume changes - I found it a little jarring. But loved everything else
