
Morning Manifestation

We start this meditation with a body scan to ensure we are fully present with ourselves and our intentions. We then savour a moment of gratitude with a moment of pause. Then the work begins with letting a goal come to mind. We attach a feeling to this goal and what it would feel like if we had this goal completed, and ask ourselves why we would like to achieve this goal. What would happen if we didn't achieve it? Then once we identify how it would feel to accomplish this goal, we fully embody this sensation and allow it to wash over our entire being until it becomes very intense. We then enjoy this feeling throughout the day since we have let our subconscious know what we desire and how we will get there. Repeat this meditation daily to get the best results. Music is 395hz for magnetic attraction.
