Good morning,
And welcome to this manifestation meditation.
I'd like to begin this meditation,
As I always do,
With being in our body.
And so let's just settle in to wherever we are.
Maybe we're laying in bed,
Maybe we're seated somewhere comfortable,
Either way,
Just allowing yourself to settle in.
Just feeling wherever our body is touching,
Whatever we're seated or laying on.
Just allowing our body to get heavy,
And sinking deeper and deeper into those parts that we're supported by.
Let's just do a bit of a body scan.
Let's start at the top of our head,
Just thinking about the hair follicles on our scalp,
And letting our awareness come down to our face.
Do we have any expression on our face?
Are our eyebrows tense?
Are our eyes squinted?
Is our mouth smiling?
Whatever expression we're having,
Let's just allow ourselves to become neutral.
Just allowing any expression to just fall away,
And really relaxing our face as much as possible.
Maybe bringing our tongue to the roof of our mouth.
Maybe letting your jaw fall open,
If that feels good for you.
Now bring our awareness down to our shoulders.
Are our shoulders tight?
Are our shoulders raised towards our ears?
Just taking a deep breath here to allow our shoulders to fall,
And just be one with gravity.
Allowing our shoulders to feel heavy and relaxed.
Now allowing our awareness to travel down even further.
Down our body,
Down our chest,
Down to our stomach,
Down our arms,
Down to our hands.
Maybe you want to place your hands on your belly,
Or a hand on your chest.
Whatever feels good for you to feel more grounded.
Just giving our fingers a little wiggle.
Maybe pretending we're playing the piano for a moment.
Just enjoying a little bit of play.
Now allowing our awareness to travel down even further,
Down to our hips.
Just allowing our hips to get really heavy here.
Taking a deep breath in and out.
With every breath out,
Allowing our hips to be heavier and heavier.
Allowing them to sink even heavier.
Just allowing them to feel supported with wherever they are,
Seated or laying down.
And just feeling the support beneath them.
Just taking another deep breath and allowing your hips to become heavier and heavier once more.
And now let's allow our awareness to travel down even further,
Down our legs,
Down to our kneecaps,
Down,
Down to our calves,
Down to our ankles,
All the way down to our toes.
And maybe giving our toes a little wiggle.
And again,
Just feeling how it feels,
No judgment,
No right or wrong,
Just acknowledging.
And allowing the backs of our heels to get even heavier and heavier,
And allowing our feet to feel heavy.
And with one last breath,
When you breathe out,
Just allow yourself to sink even deeper and deeper into the support beneath you.
Whatever sounds are around us,
Just acknowledging them.
Just allowing these sounds to become really far away.
They're not important to us right now.
There's nothing that needs our attention right now,
Other than being present with ourselves during this meditation.
And now I'd like to invite you to bring some things to mind that you're grateful for.
Maybe it's a person,
Maybe it's basic needs like shelter,
Water,
Food.
Maybe it's the weather.
Maybe it's something else.
Just taking a moment to find things that you're grateful for,
Because we know that practicing gratitude allows us to see it more and more in our life everywhere.
So go ahead and take some time right now to list off some things that you're grateful for.
And now I'd like to bring your attention towards a goal that you'd like to accomplish.
A goal that does require some effort,
Not something that is too easy,
Of course.
This goal could be wanting to feel a certain type of way,
Like being more level-headed or understanding.
Or it could be something else,
Like wanting to heal an injury or healing some pain.
Or maybe something else comes to mind,
Whatever it is,
Just finding a goal.
And once you have that goal,
I'd like you to think about what you have to do in order to achieve this goal.
For example,
If it was to heal an injury,
Then maybe you'd have to do the physical therapy in order to heal that injury.
Or maybe it's doing less.
Or if it's to feel a certain way,
Then maybe you have to practice more meditation or being more mindful of your actions.
Whatever your goal,
Just thinking about what you'd have to do or how you'd have to act in order to achieve this goal.
What would your morning look like?
Who would you have around you?
Who influences this goal for you?
If there is someone who influences this goal for you,
What do they do?
What is their day like?
Who do they spend their time with?
How would it feel if you could achieve this goal?
Because of course,
There's always a feeling that we desire with achieving a goal.
Is it excitement?
Is it love?
Passion?
Strength?
Is it just feeling content?
What kind of feeling does achieving this goal give you?
Just taking a moment to really get to the bottom,
The root of what it is you desire with achieving this goal.
And once you've understood what it is you desire to feel,
See if you can locate this feeling within you.
Because if you want to feel a certain type of way,
There's a chance that you've felt this way before and you desire to have it again.
So just see if you can locate it somewhere within your body.
If you can't locate it,
That's okay.
Just thinking about how it feels and just focusing on that.
Wherever this feeling is located,
If you can,
Just think about enhancing it.
Maybe you can give it a number on a scale of 1 to 10.
And once you've gave this feeling a number,
See if you can increase that number by thinking about or pretending this feeling getting bigger and bigger inside you.
Maybe you can pretend it's a light and it's getting brighter and brighter and more intense.
You can feel it growing inside you,
Getting bigger and bigger and brighter.
Just repeating this process until that light or that feeling gets so big and so intense and so bright that you feel it wash over your entire body.
You feel all your organs and all your cells in your body shifting to match that energy.
And all of a sudden,
You notice that your body feels lighter and healthier and feels more and more like whatever it is that you desire.
Just enjoying this feeling and letting it wash over you over and over and over again.
Just let this feeling trickle into the rest of your day.
Allow this feeling to carry on throughout the day.
You may notice that you're acting and feeling these things that are in line with your goal naturally more and more every day.
Just coming back to your body,
Just feeling the surface beneath you once more.
Maybe wiggling your fingers and toes,
Coming back into the room.
Maybe listening for some sounds that are familiar.
In a moment,
You're going to open your eyes.
You're going to notice how different you feel.
You're going to notice how much better you feel.
And since you do this meditation in the morning,
You know that you're more suggestible in the morning.
You're already in that sleepy,
Wakey state.
And when you're in that state,
Your subconscious is more receptive to information,
Which means all of these words go directly into your belief system.
And so it becomes easier and easier every day to get closer and closer to your goals.
So go ahead and open your eyes now.
And just taking a deep breath in and out,
Noticing how different you feel.
And enjoy bringing this feeling into the rest of your day.
