Welcome to this body compassion and healing meditation. This meditation will help your body heal from pain and autonomic dysfunction and to overall enhance the mind-body connection. During this meditation, we will do a relaxing body scan and then we will take time to acknowledge and accept all parts of our body from the muscles to the organs, and truly feel a deep appreciation for our bodies and everything that it does for us on a deep cellular level. We give thanks, appreciation, honor, love, and accept every part of our body. This track includes DNA Repair 528 Hz background music.

Hello and welcome to this body compassion and healing meditation.
During this meditation we'll do a relaxing body scan and then we'll take time to acknowledge and accept all parts of our body from the muscles to the organs and truly feeling a deep appreciation for our bodies and everything that it does for us on a deep cellular level.
Our body's job is to keep us alive and in the best state possible.
It has protective mechanisms which may show up in physical symptoms like slowed healing,
Flare-ups,
Pain,
Discomfort,
Headaches,
Or it may show up cognitively with fatigue,
Brain fog,
Or inability to concentrate.
The body does this to try and show us where we're lacking in energy and holding stress in our body.
We can communicate to the body that we support and appreciate all the work that it does for us from a deep atomic and cellular level.
There's no way to understand every single deep workings of our body but we don't have to know everything about the deep workings of our body.
We're not supposed to know everything but we can acknowledge these genetic makeups of ourselves.
If our bodies feel safe,
Acknowledged,
Accepted,
Loved,
And supported,
We will start to feel these things more easily day to day.
We will have lessening of symptoms and promotion of healing.
You'll start to feel more energized,
Happy,
Comfortable,
Safe,
And able to do things you didn't think you'd ever be able to do again.
If you do this meditation consistently,
You will see the genuine change in your body and your mind.
Let's acknowledge and allow our bodies to enter into a rest and digest or the parasympathetic state.
So let's get comfortable,
Whatever that looks like for you.
Close your eyes and settle in.
Just know that you can change positions whenever you need to feel more comfortable.
Whatever sounds or distractions you may hear during the meditation will actually allow you to become even more deeply relaxed and calm.
You may notice that these sounds allow you to focus more heavily on my voice and your experience.
Just letting these sounds be in the distance,
Nothing important there.
Let everything else other than my voice be unimportant for now.
Wherever you are,
Just bring your awareness to the top of your head,
Just acknowledging the scalp and the hair follicles on the top of your head.
Just noticing and appreciating,
Relaxing,
Just relaxing the muscles of your scalp.
Now bringing your awareness down to your ears and your forehead.
I wonder if your forehead is all bunched up or if it's relaxed.
Just allowing your face to be non-expressive.
You may remember a time you've expressed yourself as happy or content or something else.
Just allow those muscles to be relaxed for now.
Maybe allowing your mouth and jaw to relax too,
By opening or resting your tongue on the top of your mouth.
Bring your awareness down now to the muscles of your neck.
Just relaxing the muscles of your neck,
Just acknowledging.
Maybe you can focus on the muscles of your upper back,
On your traps and your shoulders.
People carry a lot of burdens on their shoulders.
Allow yourself to feel what it would feel like if you could just take a heavy backpack off your shoulders.
Just drop it on the ground.
Just dropping all the burdens for now.
Allowing your shoulders to feel lighter and freer.
Traveling your awareness down now even further,
To the front of your chest.
Take a deep breath in your chest,
And exhale.
Bring your awareness down now,
Down your arms,
Your fingertips.
Maybe giving them a little wiggle,
Just acknowledging.
Bring your awareness down now to your core.
Big breath here into your core,
And deep exhale.
Just letting it relax.
Now bring your awareness down the backside,
Down your mid-back,
Down to your low back.
Just acknowledging.
Just observing.
No judgment.
Just appreciating.
Maybe if you're laying down,
You can think about how it feels for your back to rest there.
Now just acknowledging the hips.
Letting them feel heavy and supported.
Just bringing awareness to the hips.
Sending love there.
Thank you to your hips for supporting you.
Traveling your awareness down now.
Down your legs.
Down your hamstrings and your thighs.
Down all the way to your knees.
The front and backs of your knees.
Just acknowledging and appreciating.
Thank you to my thighs and knees.
Letting your awareness travel down now even further.
Down your calves and your shins.
Down even further into your ankles and your feet.
Again,
Just noticing whatever you notice.
No judgment.
Thank you to my ankles and my feet.
Let's take a moment to just appreciate all the things that your feet,
And your legs,
And your hips,
And your core,
And your upper body,
And your neck,
And your head do for you.
Walking,
Running,
Reaching,
Jumping,
Crouching,
Kneeling,
Carrying.
Just appreciating whatever comes to mind.
Thank you.
Thank you for doing what you do so that I can be healthy.
Thank you for allowing me to do what I love.
Just appreciating all our muscles and all the things our muscles do for us.
You're vital to my well-being and you help me become a better version of myself.
Thank you to my muscles and to my body.
You allow me to be me.
You help me feel like myself.
You allow me to do the things that I love.
Thank you.
Now we're gonna acknowledge some organs and systems of our bodies.
An incredible and magical thing about loving and acknowledging every part of our body is that you don't have to know where each organ is or what each system does,
Or what it all looks like.
Your body hears you and intuitively knows and receives the thanks and love that you're sending it.
Every cell of your body,
The appreciation you send will be received and will influence the entire state of your body,
All the workings.
Remember we're not supposed to know everything,
But it is all connected and it all matters.
Let's start with our reproductive system.
Thank you.
You allow me to be here today.
These organs of the body give my parents the opportunity to create me.
These organs allowed my best friends and companions to be in my life.
Thank you.
I honor you.
I see you.
You're vital to my existence and you're vital to the world.
Now moving on to our urinary system,
Our kidneys and our bladder.
Thank you for filtering waste and keeping me alive and healthy.
You help regulate blood volume and electrolytes in my body.
I need you.
Thank you.
Taking a deep breath in here and deep breath out.
Moving on now into our circulatory system,
Our blood,
Blood vessels,
And our heart.
Our heart and brain are a very powerful duo.
Thank you to our blood and heart for allowing life to flow through us,
Letting us know when we are in love or in lack.
You're speaking through intuition.
You're powerful,
Vital,
And important to my well-being.
I need you.
I love you.
Thank you to my heart and blood vessels.
Now let's acknowledge one of the big systems that regulate our metabolism,
Our endocrine system.
Just acknowledging our adrenals,
Pancreas,
Pineal gland,
Pituitary gland,
Thyroid,
And our hypothalamus.
These incredibly knowledgeable organs help us find equilibrium,
Find calm.
Interacting with each other to control our hormones and autonomic nervous system.
Thank you for doing the best you can to find alignment.
I see you.
I honor you.
I love you.
Thank you.
Moving on to our lymphatic system,
The lymph nodes,
Ducts,
And glands.
You help get rid of toxins.
You help keep me healthy.
You help me fight infection and keep me alive and keep me in my best healthy state.
Thank you for doing the best you can to keep me the best version of myself,
Healthy and alive.
I love you.
I see you.
I honor you.
Now moving to our digestive system,
Our stomach and intestines,
Our gut.
You convert my food into nutrients.
You give me energy.
I need you to do what I love to do.
Thank you.
I see you.
I appreciate you.
You're important to me.
I love you.
In our respiratory system,
Our lungs and trachea,
Breath flows into us and down into our lungs and through all little branches of our lungs.
Thank you for allowing us to be lucky enough to take breaths every day and to wake up every day with your gentle support.
Just feeling the breath flow through you now.
Acknowledging the coolness of breath through our nose as we breathe in and the warmth of breath through our nose as we breathe out.
Thank you.

I honor you.
Now let's acknowledge our senses.
Just thanking all of our senses to allow us to have an enriched life.
Thank you to the brain.
Powerful,
Smart,
Strong,
Intelligent,
Beautiful brain.
You're a leader.
Incredibly talented and versatile.
You heal and grow constantly in many ways.

I'm sending healing to you,
To every cell,
Into every atom.
