This 5 minute track is designed to help you find peace amidst the busy-ness of life. We focus on becoming more comfortable in the environment we are currently in by becoming familiar with it with sound. We then focus on feeling our bodies on whatever surface we are on, either seated or standing, and allow ourselves to submerge and surrender into the support it gives us.
