The sacred isn’t somewhere far away — it’s woven into our mornings, our breaths, our quiet rituals, and the way we choose ourselves again and again. This meditation will guide you back into your body, slow your nervous system, and reconnect you with the divine presence that lives inside your everyday life. Welcome to Be Divine,

Your portal of magic.

This is your sanctuary to connect to your soul-self,

A place where you can put all external worries into the hands of your spirit guides,

Seen and unseen.

I welcome you to open up and receive the guidance of this practice.

Let the weight of your body be held by the surface beneath you.

Let your mind be still.

Invite in and repeat the following affirmation to yourself.

I allow my mind and body to land exactly where it is now.

Carry this intention into the rest of your practice.

Notice what this brings up.

Notice any sensations that may arise,

Any thoughts that drift.

The subtle feeling of being here now.

There's no need to change anything,

There's no need to analyze anything.

Just simply allow any thoughts or sensations to exist as they are,

Without judgment or story.

This is sacred everydayness.

The quiet power of being with what is.

The act of living with stillness so that you may truly arrive.

The act of letting yourself be with no pressure,

Push or force,

Meeting yourself exactly where you are,

As you are.

In this moment,

You are allowed,

You are allowed to drop the mask,

The weight of the world.

As you breathe,

Let your senses wander.

Begin to invite the connection of familiarity,

A specific texture,

Color,

Sound or scent that makes you feel warm and safe.

Maybe it's the smell of sage drifting through your space or home,

The kind that softened the year and made the day feel whole.

I know for myself it's the smell of shayu maramilla,

Black tea with sage and mint.

The force that roots you in home,

Safety and security.

Let this moment remind you that your body has always known how to return home.

You are the meeting place,

A bridge between the body that experiences and the mind that interprets.

In the stillness they meet,

They recognize,

They settle.

Take another deep breath in,

Inhaling the truth of where you are,

Exhaling the need to be anywhere else,

Anything else,

Letting it go and being here now,

In your truth,

In your presence,

Here in your sacred everyday-ness.

Remembering,

I allow my mind and body to land exactly where they are now,

As they are.

Take this with you wherever you go.

Thank you for practicing with me.

I'll see you next time.
